Julie from JM Conveyancing is extremely good, readily available to answer any question and query, patient and good explaining the legal processes and give her advice on any queries of concerns we had and she is also very timely in her work - a breath of fresh air in the conveyancing world.

I instructed Julie to staircase to 100% of my shared ownership flat. The service was excellent and I just had to sit back and wait with updates along the way. Julie made sure it was all completed within 3 months so that I didn’t have to extend my RICS valuation and everything went smoothly. Her expert knowledge of shared ownership was invaluable. Due to it being a flat some parts of my lease needed to be changed and Julie was very thorough to make sure this was done correctly. I am based in the south a long way from Julie but this did not cause any issues. I will use JMC conveyencing again when I move.

We instructed Julie as we were staircasing to 100% ownership of our shared ownership property, an Area that Julie and team specialise in. Julie and team made the whole process seamless from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout, no need to chase for updates. We instructed end of Feb and completed mid April! Can’t believe how quick it was and possibly would have been even quicker if our lender valuation was able to be carried out sooner. Julie was not local to us but this did not prove any difficulties for form signing etc. Amazing service and will be using Julie again when we next move!
