Poor products, poor quality, terrible complaints procedures, awful confrontational adversarial staff
You would think with such a massive company and range of products they will be professional or competent - sadly neither.

Not only is that the quality of the product (treadmill s300 is what I own £499) is poor, the belt went bad despite following instructions, initial and regular realignment / checks and lubrication. I had to buy a new belt within a year at a cost of £109...and they sent me the wrong belt. I spent £50 for a technician to come and install the belt they sent me and now have to pay again if and when I receive the new belt.

They are the only retailer who stock this belt - sadly you get stuck with them and their adversarial approach (see their reply below)

I emailed and made contact through their website and received an auto acknowledgement so I know they got my email but sadly...no answer. I called by phone on Monday 23 June at 10.26am...answer machine saying they are closed and open Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. Called at 12.30 noon and 3pm and 4.30pm and it still answer machine...and no response to email as yet. I then put a review on Trustpilot and suddenly they answered that they will collect the wrong belt they sent for a refund but completely ignored the fact we need a replacement...we then discovered they may no longer make the belts for the s300 model and waiting for them to confirm. therefore, you pay £499 and within a year they no longer supply parts...shocking and disgraceful. Serious incompetence and abysmal products and service...my experience seems to be similar to many other buyers...

Order made, paid for, received, assembled, tested. Everything perfect, as expected.

I usually never write negative reviews, but I regret to say that my experience with JLL Fitness has been extremely frustrating. I ordered a refurbished JLL T350 treadmill on June 12th, thinking it was a good deal since it was on offer as I was trying to save money. I scheduled a delivery for June 20th (the only day I could take annual leave from my full-time job), but things quickly went downhill from there.

When the treadmill arrived, I was surprised to find it pre-assembled, which I hadn’t expected. Unfortunately, it wouldn’t fit through any of my doors, and during attempts to rotate and fit it through, inadvertently also damaged the walls of my property in the process. With no other option, I asked the courier to return it while they were still there, and they kindly agreed to send it back to the warehouse. There was simply no way I could leave such a large and heavy item unattended outside my house.

Since then, I’ve tried countless times to reach JLL Fitness—calling their listed phone numbers at all hours, but I only get voicemail or an automated message saying they’re busy or closed despite calling during their normal working hours. I’ve also sent emails requesting a refund, but I haven’t received any response.

Not only have I lost precious time in my fitness journey, but I’ve also wasted time chasing them down to resolve this issue. After seeing the negative reviews, I really wanted to give JLL the benefit of the doubt, but I’ve been left disappointed by their poor customer service. I would strongly caution anyone thinking about buying from JLL Fitness.

I was trying to fit a pedal to my bike but didn't have the tool, so I bought a new pedal which was supposed to come with the tool. It didn't, so I contacted them and the tool arrived the next day. Overall a good recovery with friendly staff.

Ordered a replacement bike seat came very quickly fitted without any issues.

Still waiting for it to be swapped for the right one phoned and emailed twice.

Poor quality. Purchased an IC400 Elite Indoor spinning bike. In the space of 14 months, both pedals have broken off and had to be replaced and now the crank arm bolt has clean snapped off.

Easy to order and good quality treadmill for the money. Not much difference information given about dispatch and couldn’t really track where it was. Company was helpful when I contacted them. When it arrived it was easy to put together and works perfectly. Great purchase!

Used a ridiculously unhelpful Delivery company that you cannot contact.
Delivery company planned Delivery at 06:00, cancelled at 06:10!!
Emailed JLL to be told they actually did not have my goods!
Waited over 3 weeks and finally gave up asking where the Delivery was.
Message from JLL, we are sorry, we apologise...nope..we are happy to refund you..shambles..!

Delivery was absolutely awful was delivered on the 3rd date from the original date parcel was extensively ripped in many places will definitely never buy anything that uses XDP to deliver again

The product was fine, however there was a feet support missing from the underneath to allow it to evenly stable itself.

I have already emailed with this observation, however, I have had no response.

Ordered some spare parts for my spin bike. One part missing from order although paid for it. Emails sent, messaged on FB, no response,no answer on phone. How do you contact this company. Still cannot use my bike, will have to reorder and pay again, will not be purchasing my next bike from this company. They are uncontactable!

I have size 4 ladies feet. The foot straps only just reach my toes, which makes this machine useless for me or anyone without substantially larger feet.

Exactly as stated. Delivered when said.

Great bike, really like it. Pretty easy to put together. Hopefully it endures, but very happy so far.

Great Company, with excellent Customer Care pre-sale and after-sale. Purchased the IC400 Elite Indoor Cycle (beautiful bike to workout on) a few weeks back, and noticed while unpacking that seat had a small mark on it. So when I contacted them about it, they quickly resolved the problem and sent out a replacement seat straight away. Well done JLL, above and beyond.

I have been trying to order a spare part for an IC400 Elite exercise bike since 14 February. Sent 2 emails made numerous phone calls, still no answer!!

Very average bike. Bought a refurbished IC400 bike for JLL, came in average time however it seemed it was sort of done off the cuff. The bike arrived and the drinks holder was broke but the overall bike looked really good. The bike size and frame and how you ride it seem to be all over the place, I'm 5ft 11 I cannot really find and comfortable adjustment. The monitor is a waste of time, the time is incorrect the seconds go slower that than an actual second unsure if it's reading the rest right either, my heart rate is always at 72 and I can tell you right now it is not. Is it worth the money? No sure but I would probably look somewhere else than buying this bike.

Nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. What's the point of paying to market/advertise products, when you don't reply to messages and voicemails from people are actually trying to buy items from you ?

I phoned around 12 times over 3 days. Left 2x voicemails and emailed. As others have said, terrible customer service. Had a pathetic reply on email eventually saying phone lines are very busy (what all day for 3 days in a row ?!). I wouldn't want this same issue if there was ever an problem or warranty claim. Others have fallen fowl of this too.

I wanted to buy 2x rowing machines and had a small question. I'm local and could've collected same day. An easy transaction. But I'll buy a different brand now elsewhere. What a way to run a business.
