awful and trading standards should be closing this company down , order items they send wrong stuff and refuse to exchange them , proper con scam site DO NOT USE .
And to the stupid staff why in gods name would i order 2 the same tops but in 2 diff transactions i would put 2 in quantity if i order 2 the same thick people need educating , micky mouse sweat shop in hong kong avoid at all costs THEY REFUSE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES AND IWSH I CAME HERE 1ST SO MANY 1 STAR REVIEWS I DEFO WOULD NOT OF ORDERED

Ordered over a month ago, for Christmas, but items hadn't shipped. Previously shipping was really quick. Now Santa needs an excuse why he couldn't deliver a Solanke shirt for a ten year old. 😀

Ordered 6 weeks ago and items still not been dispatched. Website says new season shirts dispatched in 1-7 days. No customer service, no response. Our orders were gifts from Santa for the kids and now we have nothing for Christmas Day. So disappointing.

Used to ship extremely quickly but now it takes around 8 weeks! Items i have ordered with 3 weeks to go will not arrive for christmas and there is no notice on their website to say that items will not be delivered in time. Last time ordering from these now.

Bought from here before and had no issues. Expected longer delivery with it coming from Sweden. This time I placed an order a month before when I wanted it and it never came. No response to email, no update on processing or shipping. 8 WEEKS later it arrives. Good quality but ridiculous waiting time and awful customer service.

Ordered from these! Very poor comms asked for a refund numerous times items not received even after 8 weeks! Tracking numbers stated error!! Complete con!!!

Do not use this company.....Never received, delivered to wrong address. As seller they refused to send another shirt and contact Royal Mail for compensation as they legally should. Customer services a joke.

Credit Card bill showed a different amount and also charged a foreign exchange currency charge - it would've been helpful for clearer communication that this would an extra charge.
Items were allegedly delivered in December, following email notification.
Items weren't delivered, I was at home all day on the claimed delivery date.
I have made numerous attempts to resolve with the company, however that keep telling me to get in touch with the courier - the courier cannot find the order number.
Stay well clear, they are clearly trying to scam people

I ordered my jersey in November 2023 and it came in January 2024. I texted them but they just said it taking a bit longer than expected. After I said that I want my money and after I said to other people about this on jjsport account in TikTok I got notification that the order is coming. I suggested to buy jersey from Gogoalshop I ordered twice from them and it came faster also you get a faster response from them.

Appalling service! The products are shipped from China and take +3months to deliver. In that time don't expect any contact from this useless company, they have no phone number and they don't reply to any messages. They are fraudsters

Ordered 18th Nov. Ordered in £ and was billed in Hong Kong Dollar which not only had an exchange rate but then i got billed by my credit card company as well which was not made clear pre-order.
Never had 1 update on my order since ordering and not arrived.

Ordered £130 worth of tops for Christmas presents at the beginning of November. Its now 6th December and still no word of them being shipped! I emailed but got the standard response of 'we are busy, they will be shipped when they're ready'. Looks like they won't be here for Christmas now. I understand that some products may take longer but the real issue is lack of communication. My son gave me a list of tops he wanted so I could change my order to suit availability if I could actually speak to someone but it's impossible to get a live response.
So bear in mind that this website is fine if everything goes smoothly but if there are any issues, you're on your own.

7 items ordered and over £100 spent on 01/11/2023 and as of 23/11/2023 still no update on the items being shipped to me. Emailed a couple of times to get the same response in some items take longer than others to process. Asked for them to send the items that are available and ready as the website charges postage for each item.

Used this company before with great experience but this time is just not good customer service at all.

Please sort this out and this will end up a great website for all and I would gladly use a multiple occasions in the future.

I have shared the quality issue but they asked me to buy another jersey in order to replace it. When I refused to buy another, they simply stopped replying. Selling terms not respected if your product is not conform.
