JJS Artificial Grass Omdömen 

This company was formerly known as Alfa Garden Solutions and has since changed its name to JJS Artificial Grass, though it appears to have the same owner and installation team. I stayed in touch with one of the owners, Ben, who assured me that the warranty from the original installation would transfer to the new company.

The initial installation had visible cut marks and other issues, but these were eventually corrected, and I was initially pleased with the result. However, it has since become apparent that the replacement grass was laid in the wrong direction, leaving two noticeably different shades across the lawn. We are also experiencing areas where the base has sunk or receded.

Unfortunately, communication has been very poor. Ben has been slow to respond, has refused to take responsibility, and is now denying the warranty altogether. He has not even been willing to visit the property to discuss possible solutions or next steps. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with both the workmanship and the aftercare service.

Juscelino, Ben, and team were dependable - arriving everyday on the dot at 8am; polite, respectful, and SUPER CLEAN - did not leave a mess at all despite how muddy it was. Great builders are hard to find and I highly recommend Juscelino.

I can’t thank you guys enough, I planned to surprise my father in law with a nice space for him to relax and the new lawn has made a massive difference to his garden. The installation guys were very clean and diligent and we are very pleased with the end product. Highly recommended.

Love the finished garden, from the initial site visit and quote to completion was 10 days, very competitive quote and Ben was very knowledgeable and happy to give us ideas. The team arrived on time and worked non stop all day despite the rain they were very polite and took care when taking the old soil out through the house as have no side exit. The finished job is better than expected and would be happy to recommend JJS Artifical Grass to anyone
