Was so looking forward to my prints arriving, they look great and vibrant in the advert. Unfortunately on arrival I can't fault the construction but the quality of the prints to the bare eye are just so poor to the expectation. However when I took a photo to send in the quality looks amazing again! Must have something to do with the camera! So there you are, awful and dull to the naked eye, great through a camera!🤣

Sorry to hear that? if you can provide a clear photo of the issue with you're print we'd be happy to have this replaced but please bear in mind if it is a 'create your own' print our printers are only ever as good as the image provided.
