You know they (or should I say He sense this is a one man band) are bad still using HTML style page from the start. Plus he lies to you and once he gets your money he is all set. Watch a youtube video of him and I can tell from there I got screwed. Do not use him!

Reseller Support Not Helpful
I tried their reseller program. The First Support Ticket: was about the email service giving me a "Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead". Their support responded "Its a browser warning, you would need to "accept" to override the warning. It does that because it does not recognize a cPanel brand ask but is still secure". Not a support ticket, but I was not happy that their sign up confirmation email included my username and password in plain text. The sign up form on their website did not tell me to enter a temporary password. Second Support Ticket: There was two links to order new services on the website that did not work, it just took you to a blank page. It was confusing. Their support told me to try it on different browsers and other devices, I did with the same blank page. They said they could not replicate the issue on their end, so I guess it was on my end ???. In conclusion I did not like their order form, does not let you go back and correct, it just ratchets you to the checkout. I did not feel that his support team went that "extra mile" to help me as described in his YouTube videos. The videos was the reason I signed up in the first place. Good videos, poor product and service.

Worst experience ever.
This company gave me the worst experience I've ever had with any company till date. I complained about their service and said I was going to go somewhere else, he replied "why are you even complaining when what you're paying us is peanuts". Stay away.

Chris from JixHost.com was nice at first, until he gets your money. I purchased the Alpha Reseller Account that offered 32CPU’s. What I got was basic 8CPU’s and crappy support. IonCube did not work so I could not even setup my WHMCS, Softaculous was not updated, and took forever just to get WHMAMP Access. It’s like he is purchasing them somewhere else because he told me they are setup by “Another Department”. I Asked him Could I get it for the price he is selling it on ebay for, and he told me that was not him, and he will look into the listings. That was clearly a lie sense the ebay account is websiteplex which is a site he owns. websiteplex.com.
He says He has a A + Rating with BBB, but he’s not even accredited with them. Anyone can put their name on the BBB website for FREE!
When I asked him why I am not getting 32CPU’s he said it was because it was virtual. That if I did not like it showing only 8CPU’s that he would refund my money. I told him I was not happy with it and just want a refund. This is when he got mad. He told me he does not offer refunds (Even though he told me he would give me one). I told him I will have to open a PayPal claim to try to get my money back. He then told me Go ahead, I will just report it to PayPal as Fraud.
Long story short, stay away from this guy. He charges too much for what he offers. The service worked 95% of the time, but I didn’t get what I paid for. If he would Offer what he sells this would be a good company. But sadly, it didn’t work out for me. Please read reviews on this guy.
