Jindabyne Boutique 

I placed the above order on 14 July and emailed them to cancel the order on20 July, as I did not receive emailed confirmation or receipt.
I had NO response.
I have just (yesterday) 26 August received the order, and it is NOT what I ordered.
The boots I ordered were leather, hand made in Jindabyne, and one pair were super comfortable orthopaedic boots.
What I have received are NOT leather, NOT hand made and NOT Orthopaedic!
The protective bag and leather cleaning cloth were not in either sealed plastic bag within the plastic satchel they were posted.

After more than three weeks I actually did receive my order today but it’s cheap Chinese rubbish! I ordered a jacket and a jumper both size 12. The jacket is huge and made of the nastiest polyester I’ve ever seen, no label nor lining and the 100% polyester jumper is too small. I paid over $72 for each of these items so feel totally ripped off.
I, like others have tried to email them but to no avail. I would like to send this stuff back for a refund but I know that will be a waste of return postage.
I’ve written to Afterpay to tell them to cut off their association with this scam company. Good luck with sending this review to Jindabyne Boutique as they don’t care, even if they actually exist.

It is a scam company. AI generated pics of the owner etc...the typical thing that you can see daily.
SCAM!

This site is a scam just like Thredbo Boutique (Identical site, sob story, products), and who knows how many more like it. The products are cheap and nasty, not at all as described in quality. One of the items I received from Thredbo Boutique was completely different to what was described. I asked to cancel the order before it had even left their end and was assured that when it arrived they would take care of me. When I again reached out the to the company 'Evelyn' offered me a 10% refund, and by the time we got up to a 30% discount they'd shut down the website, cancelled the email account and Jindabyne Boutique suddenly appearing in more places. It's not sweet old grandma who's done her dues and now wants to settle down into family life. It's not an Australian business, there is no Australian shopfront (and there never was).

This is a scam site. DEFINATELY NOT AUSTRALIAN. I found the name of a Romanian company( in an obscure town) on my visa statement. DONT trust it. I have attempted to contact the "Jindabyne Boutique " a number times. surprise ,surprise.....no response.

Should be zero stars. Scam!

Placed an order with this company on the 12/06/25 I have not received order confirmation or tracking details. Have tried to contact numerous times via email and through their contact us via website. No reply, the phone number provided is not an Australian phone number. This company is a scam, buyers be ware. You will not get your order.

Was Thredbo - boutique now Jindabye boutique after be reported… beware they are a scam.
