I booked Harper for a 3 day trip and…

I booked Harper for a 3 day trip and was pleased with how well the vehicle drove. Communication with Ryan from collection to return was excellent. I would definitely recommend you give jimmy’s car hire a try if you have not used them before.

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing! Nice people running this company. Cars are just stunning! Very nice to drive! I wanna come back to Cape Town just to drive our Jimny again!

I did not get the car I booked

I did not get the car I booked - the brisk blue three door "Daisy".
Instead I got the brand new khaki five-door! What a joy it was to put the first 1000km on this car! Thank you for thát privilege!
The 300km-a-day-stay-in-the-Western-Cape limitation did have me worried for a bit, but luckily I misjudged the borders of the Western Cape, and possibly even the size! It was a parang experience from start to finish - I was kept up to date on puck-up and drop-off times with WhatsApp, and they eben accommodated me when I returned the Jimny earlier than planned.

Great Rental Experience

What a great rental experience! We rented the super funky green Jimny Harper and it was loads of fun to drive around the Cape. The whole rental process was very easy and felt personalised with good communication via WhatsApp and a seamless pick up and drop off process. All the documents are submitted online, so you basically pick up straight away at the airport unlike a conventional rental office that always seems to take a long time to get your vehicle and go. The car was in immaculate condition, so was a great experience throughout.

Definitely Recommend

We used Jimmy's Car Hire for a few days to explore Cape Town and it was perfect. From the easy pickup, WhatsApp contact throughout and not to mention the very cool Suzuki Jimny - I would definitely recommend using them. The car is also automatic which takes some stress of the roads as well.

Exceptional Service and a Great Adventure with Jimny Maya!

We had the pleasure of renting the Jimny Maya, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! The service provided was top-notch, and the team was always available to assist us with any questions or concerns. We truly appreciated their responsiveness and support throughout our rental period. We would definitely book with you again in the future! Highly recommended!

Fantastic car rental business

We had an absolutely fantastic experience. The car was so much fun to explore SA with. Everyone we dealt with at Jimmy’s was incredibly responsive and made it as simple as possible to collect and drop off the car. I would fully recommend to anyone looking to explore SA.

Super little car wth Android-auto

I've wanted to test-drive a Jimny for some time; so this was a perfect opportunity to drive one for a week while visiting Wine-country. It has been fun and engaging to drive; very fuel-efficient; with easy navigation with pairing Google maps to android-auto.
Tertius was always helpful and made things really easy for us with convenient pickup and dropoff at the airport carpark.

Wonderful car hire company

Cannot recommend this company enough for car hire! 10/10 experience.

Tertius was very helpful and communicative, especially as we had to amend our pickup and drop off times slightly. He replied almost instantly every time we messaged him!

The Jimny we hired was very fun to drive, a great experience as they’re very rare cars in the UK. The car was very clean when we picked it up.

Overall, very highly recommend!
