I have a hard time believing this is legitimate.
I purchased perimenopausal screening and after a long wait I got a blood work requisition form with the name Dr. E Generic on the paperwork. The woman at the blood clinic thought it was fake which I'm starting to think it is. My blood was collected 10 business days ago so I inquired with Jill Health customer service where my results were - and they asked me to figure out how they can get the results as they have yet to receive them? I gave the customer service chatbot all the information I could and still nothing. No results. No replies. They keep just saying thank you for your patience. I've tried requesting a refund as all of this feels very fake and a money grab but to no avail. They are not providing the service I paid for. The customer service response time is also just as slow as everything else Ive experienced so far with hardly responses at all.

We want to clarify a few points: your requisition is legitimate and issued through our licensed clinical workflow, and lab work is processed through accredited third-party laboratories. Occasionally, there can be delays in results being released or routed back to our system, which is not the experience we aim for.
Since your review, our RN Erin Clarke has completed a direct clinical follow-up with you to review your concerns and the situation in detail, and you appeared satisfied with the outcome of that consultation.

New Website Dashboard
I like your old website dashboard much better. The new one is too confusing and I find extremely limiting when trying to make a decision on buying a product, which in the end I end up not buying because I lose interest because you can’t go back-and-forth to look at an item description, and a price. Especially if you send promos. The old website worked much better.
