JFS Clinic Omdömen 101

Odwiedziłam Izmir oraz klimkę jfs już drugi raz! Jestem bardzo zadowolona! Wszystko poszło sprawnie Bilge jak zawsze niezawodna i we wszystkim pomocna🥰 w szczególności polecam doktora Onura Evrena Yilmasa🎉🔥 pozdrawiam JFS! Sylwia

Verstehe die guten Bewertungen echt nicht. Würde 0 Sterne geben wenn dies möglich wär aber naja. Ich war für eine Nasen OP in dieser Klinik und hätte mir gewünscht mehr Recherchen zumachen da ich dermassen unzufrieden bin. 1 Jahr später (da Bilge und der Arzt meinten man müsste sich Zeit lassen für das Endergebnis) und ich kann schwieriger atmen als vor der Operation, die Nase ist sehr schief und auch "länger" bzw. grösser als zuvor. Ich wollte meine Nasenscheidewand begradigen lassen weil ich Schwierigkeiten beim atmen hatte und wollte meine Nase auch kleinere operieren lassen wenn ich mich schon einer Narkose unterziehe. Ich weiss echt nicht was für ein Studium der sogenannte "HNO-Arzt" hatte. Die Nase wurde operiert und das Endergebniss:
- die Nase wurde statt gerade - auf der anderen Seite schief
- ich kann sehr schlecht fast gar nicht mit der Nase atmen
- die Nase ist grösser als vor der OP
- einen sehr schwachen Geruchssinn

Am Operationstag wurde ich allein gelassen da Bilge einen anderen Termin mit einer Kundin hatte, ich war froh das ich eine Begleitung mitgenommen habe, da keiner Deutsch konnte (obwohl überall auf der Website steht + Bilge gesagt hat das man auch Deutsch reden kann und es alle vom Team verstehen). Sie haben nach meiner Beschwerde gar keine Einsicht gezeigt und gemeint "ja es sieht doch schön aus es hat allen gefallen". Nach mehreren Nachrichten welche ich geschrieben hatte, meinte Sie man könnte eine GRATIS Korrektur machen aufgrund meiner Unzufriedenheit welche aber dann doch 950.- kosten würde? 😂 Auch wenn die Korrektur 0.- wäre, würde ich niemals wieder in diese Klinik gehen. Dann heisst es ich bekomme einen Teil der Kosten zurück, am nächsten Tag ist dies dann doch nicht mehr möglich? Eine reine Katastrophe ich hätte mir das Geld und die Zeit sparen können wenn ich gewusst hätte das die das richtig schlecht machen und auch so dermassen unprofessionel und unorganisiert sind. Ich empfehle diese Klinik niemanden und warne euch vor Unzufrieden falls Ihr eine Nasenoperation dort machen möchtet.

Es wurde GAR KEINE Simulation von meiner Nase erstellt?? Und natürlich verlange ich eine Rückerstattung Ihrerseits, weil Sie den Fehler begangen haben und eine erneute Operation in Ihrer Klinik gar nicht in Frage kam. Das Vertrauen ist dahin, welcher Mensch würde erneut eine Operation von einer Klinik durchführen lassen, welche die erste Operation gar nicht gelungen ist? Wie gesagt auch wenn alles komplett kostenlos wäre, würde ich niemals erneut dahin. Bezüglich meiner gesundheitlichen Anliegen, natürlich steht das auch bei mir an erster Stelle (wie erwähnt kann ich fast nicht durch die Nase atmen nach Ihrer Operation), dies habe ich von guten Ärzten in meiner Heimat behandeln lassen. Es ist eine totale Unverschämtheit mit rechtlichen Schritten zu drohen, das zeigt natürlich wie professionell Sie mit Ihren Kunden umgehen. Nicht einmal ich habe damit gedroht, obwohl Sie meine "Gesundheit" durch die Operation verschlechtert wurde aber naja die Antwort Ihrerseits spricht für sich. Sobald man ehrlich ist und anderen Menschen seine eigene (negative) Erfahrung und Meinung mitteilen möchte, droht man mit rechtlichen Schritten? Jetzt verstehe ich warum es nur gute Bewertungen bei euch gibt. Vielen Dank für nichts.

At the beginning I was sceptic but after conversation with Aysa , I decided to go for it.She and the the team were great,explained all, very helpful . I did rhinoplasty, which wasn’t easy and bit painful but with painkillers and JFS team you can manage.Looking forward for more final results.Thank you guys and special thank you to Aysa.

I had few concerns before my Rhinoplasty but when Aysa contacted me and explained all I decided to go for it.Since day 1 she and the team they have been brilliant, I was picked up and dropped off to the airport, every appointment or whatever I need it was taken care of .There was no problem for her with anything I've asked and she was so kind and bubbly.Clinc,hospital and hotel after your recovery was comfy and clean. Really don't wait any longer if you thinking of doing any surgery ,book your 4h flight to Izmir ask JFS Clinic for all you need and you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended 👌

Everything was perfect! The surgeon did an amazing job. She is kind, patient and you can really tell she loves her job. A good place to go to for a blepharoplasty and mini lift.

I am so happy I made the decision to have surgery at JFS Clinic Izmir ...from the moment we stepped off the plane we were greeted as friends and made so welcome 🤗.My rep was called Ayse and she looked after me 24/7.. nothing was a problem for her .She was beside me for all the translations in the clinic and always reassured me on any thing I might have worried about ..The JFS Clinic was spotless and the care was 10/10 ...was so happy with my wonderful plastic surgeon and the results I have now I could not have asked for anything more !! I wanted to put these words together to describe my experience working with Ayse (JFS Clinic). Upon my first contact I knew I was dealing with an honest, caring, resourceful person. Nothing was too much trouble. My questions, any information I needed was answered so promptly, very often within minutes. Ayse listened, she thoroughly understood her work, the process, how clients feel at such an anxious time in their life, as we consider the decision to travel and have surgery in a foreign country. I believe if it was not for her as a person, her empathy, and especially in my circumstance, her great command of the English language that I may have perhaps considered another clinic although JFS was my number one choice. I had very positive engagements with Ayse and my surgeon, it’s almost hard to put it into words, you would need to experience it. In my opinion as it was so visible both Ayse and my surgeon made a superb team who always put me first, and at ease. That was so important to me to witness. I honestly cannot fault my experience, from the Airport, the Clinic, the Transportation, the Hotel, the Aftercare, an absolutely wonderful decision and journey. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of working with JFS, they were superb. My experience was so recent too Feb. 2023. Don’t hesitate, look and live your best life.

Ich bin aus Österreich und ich muss sagen, dass es die 5 Sterne verdient. Das Personal und der Service waren top, sie waren alle sehr lieb und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Arzt war sehr professionell. Meine Assistentin, die mich begleitet hatte war sehr lieb. Wirklich spitze!!!

Ho pensato di conoscerla da tanto tempo Bilge. Già dal momento che ci siamo incontrate al mio arrivo all aeroporto di Izmir. Tutto perfetto. Gentilissima. Mi ha sostenuta è stata vicina tutto il tempo, prima e dopo l’operazione. Il mio chirurgo il dott.Onur Evren Yilmaz molto professionale ed attento a tutto. Il mio risultato perfetto ( ho fatto un Lifting al seno). Questa clinica la consiglio, perché ne avevo contattate diverse( la Turchia 🇹🇷 è piena di cliniche) ma solo questa mi ha ispirato ad istinto qualcosa di buono … non mi sono sbagliata. Ci ritornerò per fare altro sicuramente. Merita qualità e prezzo perfetto.

I’m glad I chose to go ahead with JFS. the surgeon was very kind and reassuring and obviously takes great pride in her work. I’m happy with the result even though it’s not quite two weeks since the surgery. The support staff were efficient, kind and thoughtful as was the driver who picked me up from the airport and transferred me to the hotel. I regret not taking cash to tip the driver and support staff who work very hard to make everything run smoothly. I would also like to have tipped the hotel staff but these days we rely too much on credit and debit cards. I would take a friend with me if I had to repeat the experience.
