JFJ family run joinery shop
JFJ are a family run joinery shop and flooring distributor. We are lucky in that they are local to us. We bought oak engineered flooring from them for our kitchen. Great product
Ordered 55sqm of Supreme engineered flooring and installed all upstairs. The product quality is great, color and finish is what we were expecting. Out of the above quantity, I only had 1 out of square plank and 1 had some imperfections on the surface, all others are perfect.
I'll be doing downstairs as well soon and order some of same.

Real people
Extremely helpful, real people with extensive knowledge of their products on the other end of the phone. They gave me lots of help and advice in purchasing and fitting the gorgeous new floor in our living room.
PS I didn't fit it myself but it meant I knew how it should be done and could discuss the process with the fitter.

A customer focused business who really know timber and wood flooring
Buying wood flooring is a considerable investment and we found it much more complicated than buying other flooring types due to the many different types of wood, board lengths, widths, thicknesses, finishes and treatment options. We were therefore very grateful that we found Tom and the team at JFJ. They are a family run business with a real history and knowledge of timber and wood flooring (as opposed to just an online retailer who has spotted an opportunity to sell wood flooring). The JFJ website is a mine of information with so many articles and tips on how to care for your investment, and a real bonus for us was that they had a showroom at their premises where we could go and see their different products - and perhaps even more importantly, examples of the many different hard wax finishes (which actually dictate most of all the overall look and colour of your new floor). The carpenter we used had over 40 years experience with laying wood flooring and both he and ourselves would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending JFJ Wood Flooring to anyone.

Exemplary Company - highly recommended
This is the second time we have ordered engineered oak flooring from Tom and his team. We liked it so much in our last house we had no hesitation in returning to them. We had unusual requirements in that we wanted to use a particular electric underfloor heat mat under our wood floor. Tom was amazing, communicating directly with the company on our behalf, trialling the wood with the heat mat, and helping with the calculations of what was needed. This was over 6 months ago, and all is well with the floor, which looks amazing. We visited the showroom the first time we purchased, and met Tom and his father, who couldn't have been more helpful. We received the sort of customer service you hardly ever get these days. The site is worth a visit anyway, just for the views! We would definitely buy from them again if we need new wood flooring.

Couldn't be more pleased! I spoke to Tom and his team on several occasions and they were extremely helpful and transparent when choosing what to order, getting samples and organising final delivery. They also spoke to the builders with advice about the fitting. The end product is beautiful too!

Repeat customer..Nothing was too much trouble.
Repeat customer..Nothing was too much trouble and after repeated phone calls re the requirement we now have a wonderful engineered oak floor.This was our fourth order with no previous problems , however there was an issue with a couple of boards and this was amicably sorted out in quick order. We would highly recommend the product and service.
