Jessemade Australia Omdömen

I’m so glad I came across Jessemade Australia online. I ordered a personalised custom family Xmas ornament which consisted of 9 names of family members. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. The creation of the personalisation and the order process was super easy, even for online novices like myself. They kept me informed all the way through. The timeframe from order placement to delivery to my door was only 2 weeks, which is excellent. I haven’t stopped smiling since I opened the package. It’s absolutely lovely, & theres a real quality to the product. It’s going to take pride of place on my Xmas tree this year. I couldn’t be happier and thoroughly recommend Jessemade Australia to everyone.

Lovely products, many to choose from and easy to order.

The speed with which my item arrived, and the timely reply to enquiry. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Will be recommending, and purchasing again from this business.

The 2 pieces i purchased were lovely but, the length of time for delivery was too long.

I bought a customised key chain for partner. The customer service is responsive and friendly. They answered the question I asked about a little adjustment and they kindly made it before shipping. Highly recommend.

I’m happy with my purchase! The bracelet is beautiful, great quality and arrived quickly. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and the customer service team was helpful and offered a solution, which shows they really care about their customers. Highly recommend this store for both product quality and service.

Beautiful products. Amazing after sale service. I bought a bracelet that was too big and although their website has listed the product size and related information, they are still willing to help me and get another bracelet. Outstanding service.

The site navigation was easy and the products look good quality
I’m looking forward to receiving my order

Lovely company! I needed to make some changes to my order. They were so prompt with the response and made the change for me.

Absolutely beautiful products. I ordered two personalised wallets that both came with a dad pen and a personalised key ring. I got one for my partner (My kids dad) and i got one for my dad. All though my partner loved his and was absolutely in aww of it. My dad cried when he seen his. Recently my mum passed away and it has affected my dad a lot. And so even though I can never bring my mum back home and I know a personalised wallet will never take the pain away but I had to get something for my dad that also honoured my mum. And I was absolutely petrified when giving it to him just in case I over stepped The mark. But no I didn't do that at all. He was in love with it so much he cried 🥺 because he now can still carry my mum around with him every where he goes. Just like he always use to. And for that thank you guys so much you's have done such an amazing and beautiful Job on both my products and you's made a man very emotionally happy. So thank you! 💜 I 1000% recommend yous to everyone and anyone.

I purchased a personalised bracelet for Father’s Day and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The quality is absolutely beautiful, the engraving is clear and meaningful, and it arrived so quickly. I’m so impressed with both the product and the service – I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending this company to family and friends.
