Ordered a necklace as gift for someone special
It still has not arrived and this company keeps ssking for review
Well how can i teview something i dont have. Very upset
I have sent 3 emails to address below and got no response. Wish i had spent my money elsewhere

I found Jessmade Australia browsing for gifts. There was a wallet that I liked to buy for a co-worker leaving. I am not an online buyer at all but thought I give it a go. I must say I was impressed from ordering to receiving. Communication was good, receiving emails keeping me up-to-date. The wallet I loved along with the other co-workers. Nice size and beautiful embroidered with an initial.

The necklace was as expected with engaging on the pendant.
Could be better with communication with the delivery process and the production. The delivery time was the same as what the website said.

I am very pleased with the quality of the pewter Christmas ornaments that I purchased as a gift. Beautifully packaged in a black velvet drawstring bag complete with a cleaning cloth. Impressive. However I did need to wait much longer than I thought to receive my order and contacted them as to why. It appears one of the ornaments was substandard and they were waiting on a new batch. Communication was lacking in the first instance but then once I contacted them everything went smoothly. I would purchase again.
