I was sent the wrong basketball shoes. emailed and called the number provided on there contacts details. No reply from them.
All I wanted was to send back the shoes that was sent to me in exchange for the ones I ordered and paid for. If they don't have it just refund the amount spent on the shoes I paid for. Simple.

My order took much longer than I expected, nearly 30 days. The quality and sizing was a disappointment. If the smaller sizing was mentioned in the description then I would have ordered one size up. Once I received my item, I immediately reached out with my concerns. They basically said the size I received was the size I ordered so there was nothing they would do for me. Needless to say I will never shop with Jersey-World again.

Ordered 3 jerseys. They arrived but all 3 very different sizes although ordered the same. Stitching all over the place with loose ends everywhere. Emailed about exchange due to sizing. They asked me for pics and measurements which I sent, then they ghosted me. No replies. Ignoring anything I send them.

I place an online order in May, It's now August and I still haven't receive merchandise that cost 90 us dollars. Is crazy! I been emailing back and forth, the email is useless! Basically This place is a Scam. I'm going to report to the BBB. Please don't order from this site. Go directly to Dicks Sporting Good they have all original Jersey's!

Ordered 10 fulls reversible kits for an annual boys catch up event as a surprise. All with incredibly customised asks including colours, custom logos, names in the stitching of the arm, reversible coloured details... They did it all without fuss over a few rounds. The jerseys arrived in the time they said they would, we had no faults on a single uni and the quality of the uniforms was epic. We have done a few of these now with our mates and these were by far the best. I saw a two star review below and cannot understand how that was possible. Will be buying here from now on.
