Despite a mistake made by the courier, my replacement arrived within 24 hours, and I was compensated for the inconvenience.

Superb! Fast delivery of excellent fabric which has exactly the look, weight and quality described. Also wonderful to find another online fabric merchant which consistently state the gsm in the descriptions, it ought to be mandatory as obviously without it you have no idea as to the weight of the fabric so Jerseytex is a keeper!

I sent off for a sample which unfortunately didn’t arrive. I contacted them and they sent a second one out which I received a few days later. I then ordered the material I needed as I was pleased with the sample. This came the next day.

Ordered two colours of the same fabric
Ordered two colours of the same fabric, sky blue and white. The shy blue although thinner than expected is ok. The white if which there are 3 meters is dreadful. It is very thin and looks grubby and dirty. Very disappointing.

As outlined in our website terms and conditions, we strongly recommend requesting a fabric sample prior to placing a final order to confirm the colour, thickness, texture, and finish, as these can vary in appearance depending on colour and lighting. Lighter shades such as white can sometimes appear more sheer than darker colours in the same fabric base.
That said, we genuinely value customer satisfaction and would be happy to review this further with you. Please feel free to contact us directly with photos or details of the issue so we can look into it and see how we can assist.

Definitely would recommend!
When I received my fabric it had a fault mark across the middle, but when I contacted Jerseytex I spoke to deep patel and they was really helpful and sent me another 5 meters free of charge. Very happy, definitely would recommend☺️
