Really poor communication and service
Really poor communication and service. Items took over 2 weeks to dispatch (and only after chasing) upon receiving, items were missing. No pre-warning that items were missing from the parcel, just a note inserted stating I would receive a refund. This has not occurred and no response to my email to chase it up.
I previously have purchased from Jenny Juice and had a great experience and customer service. I sadly have been put off and won't recommend it. Gutted as I really loved their unique items.
Just don't
Takes money but doesn't send items, or reply to emails. Had to get a refund through bank. Please don't risk buying anything!

Items never arrived and 00 response from seller now having to seek a refund from my bank
Missing items
I am honestly so disappointed. I have bought from Jenny Juice in the past and always love the products. They are great designs and at a great price. I recently placed an order to include some Halloween jewellery for my daughter and her friend along with 2 homeware items. The two homeware items arrived but the jewellery was not in the parcel or on the packing slip. I emailed to enquire about this and heard nothing back. I then sent a further email to see what had happened and if they could still be sent in time and have again heard nothing. The missing items total £22 and I have been unable to receive either the items or a refund. I feel this is a terrible way to treat good customers. This is not the first time it has happened. A while back there was a necklace that never turned up but I let it slide as I know they were experiencing a difficult time. I would be willing to discuss this further if only someone was willing to reach out and resolve the issue.

I placed an order, had a notice to advise the item was ready to dispatch via the Shop app. I have not received my order and a month has gone by.
I have sent multiple emails which have not been acknowledged, let alone resolved.
I will be raising this with my bank as a previous reviewer has.
Appalling attitude toward customers, I wont be using 'Jenny Juice' again and will warn everyone I know to steer well clear.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Placed an order for multiple items. Immediately received a dispatch and tracking number. However no goods were received, tracking number was still at ever awaiting the goods. Tried to email and message on facebook. No answer. In the end had to raise a dispute with my bank.
ZERO communication after sale
Lovely items but I asked to return two tops; one was three sizes smaller than ordered and the other has an epic spelling mistake.
No reply to multiple emails and no contact number.
Feeling sad as love to support small businesses and they offer some fab dresses and leggings in fun prints, have pockets and great quality but ZERO customer service so won’t risk another purchase.

Such a shame
The last order I placed will be the last. The order took ages to come - my emails about the delay were ignored. When it arrived it was missing an item - it just said ‘refunded’ on the shipping info in the parcel. There was no correspondence to let me know it was out of stock. The refund was never issued and all of my emails and social media messages are ignored. Seems as though I’m not the only one. Don’t risk ordering online - it’s not worth it.
Very Disappointed
I'm genuinely sad to be leaving a one star review because I've loved this company and used them for years. However, earlier in the year I put in an order - the money was taken and Evri gave me a tracking number. Then nothing, they never received the parcel. I emailed Jenny Juice a few times in the past two months with no response. Looking at recent Trustpilot reviews and on social media, it seems I'm not the only one this has happened to. If there were difficulties, I'm sure loyal customers would have been understanding. But to take money and ignore communication altogether is hugely disappointing. I unfortunately won't be risking using this company anymore.
