Really good shoes and service

I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding my order ET270429715AU.
It is utterly unacceptable that more than a month has passed since I purchased a pair of shoes, yet they have still not been delivered. To make matters worse, I have received no communication or explanation from your company regarding the delay.
This level of service is extremely poor and entirely inadmissible. I expect an immediate update on the status of my order, as well as a clear indication of when I will finally receive the goods I paid for. Should this matter not be resolved without further delay, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint and request a full refund.

I've purchased 3 pairs of sneakers - Mr Sacil Beta, Mr Bartok and Mr Bruce Lee slips ons and they are well made and comfortable and have worn well so far - over 1 year now - at least comparable to other mid range brands. Customer service is very helpful and they know their product and can provide real advice with selection and sizing.

These guys deserve 3 stars not 1. However no one will ever see these deserved critiques if its not under 1 star.
Also i think their score needs to be dragged down from 5star.
5 stars should be reserved for the best of the best companies, and such a claim about Jennen is laughable.

CRITIQUES:
1: The claims about the extent of their height increases are just plain fraudulent.
I am not sure how else to put it.
YES they make you taller, but NO not by as much as they claim. I estimate approximately 30% less than their claims.
(So their "8cm Mr abele" boots were advertised to give a height increase of 8cm.
And their "Height increase shoe inserts" were advertised to give me a height increase of 1.2 cm.
So together: 8cm + 1.2cm = 9.2cm)
In reality they increased my height from 183cm to 189cm (This is 6cm)
So the height-increase is more than 33% less than advertised.
**The height increases claims are also easy to disprove just with calipers and the shoe inserts. The thickness of the heel pad is 9mm. (And this was measured BEFORE they were compressed under the weight of my whole body wearing the shoes.
AND these inserts are soft. (They compress heaps.) So i doubt they would increase my height by even 5mm.
So a claim of "1.2cm" Is impossible, absurd and fraudulent.

2: There is NO country of origin ANYWHERE on the boxes, shoes or anywhere. (I am not sure if this is illegal, or just unethical. But still reflects very badly on them) So probably best to assume these shoes were made in North korea or Xinjiang.

3: The shoes are of moderate quality. They are certainly not "high quality" The leather is thin, The materials are cheap, and the boots are very light, way lighter than boots this size should be. The stitching is thin and boots are single-stitched.
The leather creased during the very first usage. These are cheaply made for sure. (Though not bottom of the basement cheap.)

4: Jennen shoes are mostly fairly ugly. There are a couple of half-decent designs. But mostly they are pretty hard to look at. And for some reason they all seem to have pointed toes. (Maybe i don't like pointed toes though?)
And their photos are not really fair, They never show front-views (which is how most people will see them when looking at you)

There is plenty of blue-ocean opportunities for design (Durable Work boots for example) (Or durable corporate dress leather shoes) But it seems like they lack the imagination to chase market opportunities that big and sensible. (Better to chase the "people who like big shoes" market instead)

PROS:
1: The shoes are fairly comfortable considering they have a 4cm heel in them.
2: They are well packaged.
3: They were delivered fast, and free delivery.
4: Their price is fairly ok. Could be better, but could also definitely be way worse.
5: By happy accident, despite being thinner than advertised, the shoe inserts do work well for my particular application. (But this is just coincidence)

PS: IF your curious how these shoes "work" The secret is in the heel. The front of the shoes are not actually that high off the ground, you are essentially wearing "high heel" shoes. (Or put another way, you are kinda "walking on tippy toes"
Its just that the high-heel is hidden in the design of the shoe, instead of being an obvious stiletto sticking out the bottom.
So probably best not to wear these all the time if you don't want feet troubles.

PS PS: I can confirm that my tippy-toe walking height is in fact taller than the height of me when wearing these boots.
So if you can get away with wearing normal shoes and walking on tippy-toes, it might theoretically work out better for you than these shoes height-wise.

I have a pair of Jennen dress boots. They are without doubt the best boots I have ever owned. Excellent quality from a great company. They are solid, comfortable, and a great look. I give them my highest recommendation.

The most comfortable shoes you can ever buy. The quality is impressive and the variety of styles is great!

Good value and long lasting. Have had the MrWebber shoes since 2020 and still wear them to work till this day. Besides a slight crease where the front of the show bends, have maintained their quality and the insole is still as firm as ever. Would recommend to polish your shoes if you want them to last even longer.
