Very accommodating and helpful team, and good system
Andrew (sales) was really helpful and informative from the start and gave a very detailed proposal.
My project was problematic, and JEL, Mike (operations) in particular, were really accommodating, working with my builders to get the job done in the best way for everyone.
A couple of hiccups - surveyor didn't mention a canopy over the outdoor equipment and the final installation date was confused, so it seemed that extra installers were drafted in to fulfil the commitment These installers didn't arrive in JEL vehicle/uniform, so didn't appear as professional as the original engineers.
The package was communicated and presented well, and was easy to understand.
Price-wise, it was the most competitive. Finance options were offered also.
All in all, I would recommend JEL.

Well done - you know what you are doing
Andrew the account manager from start to finish was professional in his approach , explained everything that was going to happen and kept me up to date with the whole project.
The installation team was efficient and Andrew the electrician was great and put the cables exactly where I wanted them.

Great service
Was a bit nervous going for solar panels but this company made the whole process very simple. Their communication is excellent. No sales pressure just useful advice. Everyone on site was helpful and tidied up after themselves. Very happy with my solar panels. Would definitely recommend JEL Renewables Ltd.

Friendly and professional from start to finish
Gel renewables were very friendly and professional from the start to the finish. The installation was carried out efficiently and looks very neat.
After sales has also been excellent answering our queries on the same day and monitoring the system for us too.
Would highly recommend this company.

JEL did an excellent job. Andrew the electrician was very friendly, did a very tidy job. He explain everything throughout, and was very helpful. The customer service also at JEL was professional, especially Mike and Andrew who is always happy to help. Would definitely recommend.

Making Life Easier, every day
I've been dealing with Colin, Ewan and the Team at JEL Renewables for several years now and I must admit they do make life so much easier than the majority of Contractors. From the initial call to discuss a project on to the final invoice the team are an absolute pleasure to workl with.

Overall, mission accomplished.
The survey prior to installation was well done and gave me confidence in the Company, so it was very disappointing that , on the day, the layout on the roof did not work. I was faced with making an instant decision as to whether to alter the layout to fit within the industry guidelines or stick with the original plan. Only time will tell if I made the right decision. Also, to my astonishment, the scaffolders walked up the metal struts on the roof of my conservatory to install the cross-members. This must have broken health and safety regulations.However the fixing gang were helpful and friendly and the results are as per my hopes and expectations.

A great one stop solution
Professional, helpful and friendly, JEL guided us through the process and delivered an excellent result.
We had a reroof and integrated solar and have already had admiring comments from neighbours and passers by. JEL managed the whole process from scaffolding, roofing and solar teams, and clearing away and saved me from having to coordinate different trades.

Over the past 2 years, I have contacted and discussed Solar & Battery systems for my home with the aim of future-proofing it.
The majority of companies just wanted to sell an off-the-shelf package at a set price and not consider the request or the requirement.
The price range between quotes was also huge and made you wonder if any of these companies would be around in a few years.
In JEL, I found a team from sales and management to the installation team that would listen to their customer, advise, consider and help future-proof their major asset.
Once a system & price had been agreed every step of the installation was explained and carefully managed in line with the customer.
The professionalism of the whole team and workmanship were of the highest standard, with building cosmetics also considered and discussed during the process.
After installation checks and helping advise the customer on how to use the Software/App and controls were provided to enable a smooth commissioning period. (This same assistance would also be available going forward as part of JEL high customer standards and guarantee.
As you can read I am most impressed. Thank you.

The system has been running for about 9 months with no issues looking forward to sunnier days!
