Very Professional service and very detailed report which was clear and was backed up with lots of pictures and pointers to areas of concern/ interest.
Also very helpful in moving dates around to fit in with delays in the house chain .

We contacted Nick to help us for a level 2 survey on our first home together. He came back super quickly with a quote and their availability. His response time was very impressive and he kept us updated on when it was being booked in. We didn't have to do anything, he dealt with everything with the estate agents and getting it booked in so it was stress-free for us. We have also received our report just the next day which is fantastic! Would highly recommend.

Nick maintained constant communication with me throughout the process and also helped me to decide the right level of inspection for the property that I was looking to purchase.
