Good price, big spacious gym

Spacious and well equiped gym. I go around 6:30-7:00am on weekdays and it isn't busy at all, and I am able to use all the equipment, racks and platforms I need during my sessions.

The gym is also kept really tidy by the whole community which is something you don't often see in large gyms like this. The staff and community of members clearly respect the space.

The price is also fantastic for this day and age and I look forward to using JD Gyms in 2023.

First experience of a JD GYM. I was really impressed with the variety and quality of the equipment. It was also very clean and it was nice to see vending machines that weren't stocked with fizzy drinks and chocolate bars. It was a freezing cold day when I went and the it was a shame the gym wasn't warmer but it made me work harder 😁

The staff were friendly and helpful. I popped in to have a look around before joining and I was given a full tour and offered a free induction class. I joined on black Friday for £5 instead of £41.99 (1 month fees + joining fee) so that was a winner. The clubercise class had a very friendly instructor who tailored the routine for me as a new starter. Changing rooms and showers were exceptionally clean.

The gym is really spacious and well equipped.

Help was given on initial visit, I felt welcome. I like that I can just get on with my workouts, but that there is staff on hand if I need any advice or support. Once I have established a routine, I will probably try out some classes at some point.

Positive atmosphere. Holly friendly and helpful.

Great facilities, wide range of equipment. Cleaned regularly throughout the day. No staff will interrupt you so you are free to move around as you wish.

I attend the classes which are ran by fantastic instructors in a very spacious studio. I find the whole of the gym including toilets and showers to be spotlessly clean.

It’s really perfect place make your body to shape.

jd gyms in Shrewsbury is a great experience for anyone getting into gym.

Great gym, plenty of equipment & have never had to wait for anything. Always exceptionally clean & tidy. Really good value for money.

A good gym to use equipment wise, plenty of benches and weights. The changing rooms however don't seem to be 'cleaned' on a regular basis so abit more attention hygiene wise I think is needed.

Although I have only recently started visiting the gym I am very impressed with the equipment and the enviroment it is clean and spacious and the staff are very helpful it certainly is good value for money.

Really good gym with top facilities and general buzz. Went for a shower following a session and was surprised by the smell and visibility of urine in the showers. Spoke to the staff who said that it happened in male and female showers almost every day and they have to clean it up. Why do people do this? Can't blame the gym but do feel some members lack self respect.

Great gym. Always pretty busy in a morning but more than enough equipment to get on everything. App needs some work for booking classes etc.

Moved here from another local gym. It has by the largest amount of kit in Shrewsbury which means even 530pm Mondays where any gym is notoriously busy, you aren't waiting round for something to come free. It's very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and other users. Highly recommend to anyone.
