Having just joined this jd gym and saying I would only twice a week I’m going everyday worth every penny.

The monthly fees are exceptionally reasonable and with no peak or off peak ! The staff are friendly and helpful with everyone. You can just turn up to a class so no remembering to book. I really can’t fault JD gyms at all.

I workout at Harlow JD GYMS and I absolutely love it there’s plenty of machines for everyone to do whatever exercises they like. Reasonable price also only £22.99 a month I strongly recommend JD GYMS to everyone!

Great gym well equipped with lots of classes too a nice atmosphere to be in easy to sign up too as well .Had a couple of problems with thw car park tickets though ,even though ive swiped them in the machine in Gym,they wouldent let md out,which resulted in me being asked lots of questions at the going out machine by parking attendents

Visited about three other places but this one felt right. Manager met me and showed me around. No pressure put to join - just allowed me to experience the atmosphere etc. Clean, friendly and superb value for money.

Hangers should be put on the bathroom door

I have had a great time at JD Gym. Best Gym has ive been in so far the atmosphere is amazing and really gets you going. The people there are very friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is that sometimes the weights are not organized.

I was training at the gym when I saw an older lady approach one of the JD members of staff who looked like she was doing a PT session at the time. I was absolutely appalled and disgusted to see the abuse going on against a member of staff and made my experience during that time at the gym a very distressed one. I hope that this poor young girl is ok as it was really sad to see this happening.

Great facilities & wide range of classes!

The welcome we immediately got from Sam, one of the PT’s, he made us feel welcome, inclusive, and comfortable.
This guy should run the place!

Was pleased with the amount of equipment and space of gym to allow options to train without waiting for people to finish on the equipment. Only annoying point was the weight section upstairs must have people who read the mirrors that ask not to drop weights but take no notice. Wonder how long the flooring concrete will take before the vibration of heavy weights being dropping will end up falling on to someone on the running machine. Can’t fault the the gym maybe just some of the users need to be spoken to about dropping 40kg dumbbells on the floor!

Got the best vibe, never feel judged as everyone is doing their own thing ! PTs are amazing and overall a great place ❤️

I like the fact that the gym have ladies gym, it makes me feel comfortable and relaxed when doing my training. However, the ladies gym needs more equipments and machines to be able to use it to the fullest.

Harlow based, it’s a Nice clean and huge gym, has lots of equipment, nice friendly atmosphere. Only thing that could be a lot better is the app, it’s very basic. Oh and the 2&1/2 our free parking is an added bonus.

U can’t use locker unless u r a carpenter, it’s always a pain , busy evenings u don’t get place to put ur stuff safely And it’s a small place too.. It’s a good gym if u get 24 hrs access unless it’s really busy to get plates .. ppl lack manners to ask to take plates that u r using . Most of the time parking is a pain that the card won’t work and to call parking ppl.
If u want to quit even if u r not in contract u need 14 day’s notice emails to team , u can’t cancel direct debit as it will create arrears in ur name . So after a month it’s a painful experience overall . Gym is supposed to be a place where we can release stress not the other way around.

Great gym and lots of classes. The monthly membership prices are the best. Easy access to equipment even at busy times.
