Great classes, been doing PT with Tom Adams, great PT helps with nutrition, confidence in the gym and gets you great results! Defiantly reccomend JD gyms and Tom!

Really good gym with lots of equipment. Staff are always so friendly and happy to help. Paul Sherlock PT has been amazing to work with these past few months, already seen so much progress with the help of his training sessions. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here since day one. The team is great and the atmosphere makes it the best gym on the Wirral. It’s always clean and the cleaners are lovely. Special mention to Shirley who always has time for a chat!

I love this place.

This gym is the best commercial gym I’ve been to. From the large variety of apparatus within the gym to the way all dumbbells are set out in weight order. Cleanliness, staff, changing rooms, overall space- I can’t find a fault.

Even customer services team are lacking in customer services. Doesn't seem like they read the email thread keep asking you same questions. When call up no one knows what your talking about. Very dissatisfied

Great atmosphere and huge range of equipment. I mainly go to classes which are well run and always busy.
Especially like Kerryn's spin class on a Monday evening - a great instructor and a fun class.

Gym so busy and can't get in contact with anyone to get rid of my membership and a refund as I haven't even use the gym once 40 min on a call still waiting

I enjoyed the gym but customer service is just below average waited 35 mins to get a luke on the phone, I froze my account due to cost of living issues, but freezing doesn’t mean right there on the day it means it takes 15 days to freeze the account, but your entry code does freeze instantly, but they will take the month of your account even tho you can’t use the gym, technically the only good thing is has is a sauna the rest is the same as pure gym which is cheaper and when your want to freeze your account it freezes on the day, I won’t recommend jdgyms as customers get treated like garbage,

Been a member since it opened and recently upgraded to the multi site pass as I work away alot but the Bromborough gym is by far the best gym, loads of equipment and space even at peak times. I also attend Aaron's and Tyler's jd burn classes and they are both great classes with great instruction. Thank you to all at jd bromborough for a great gym.

The gym is probably the 2/3rd best gym I have been to I would give it 5/5 for that.

However the opening times are no good for me and will which has left me to leave the gym. With my 2 young children my time is limited to when I can get there so it's either first thing in the morning or last thing at night. So when it opens at 6 there abig queue to get I. So by the time you get on something it's 10 past 6, which leave you not long enough. then by time kids are in bed i get there for just after 9 it getting close to closing time. Then at the weekends it reduced hours so it's a no go and even worse for bank holiday.

If they just opened up 5-11 every day with a fob system it would be by far the best gym I. Wirral and they would probably improve the membership renewals.

Make sure you read the small print before joining, they have a 30 day clause in the pay monthly membership so no matter if you want to stop they will take another month of payment from your account. JD Gym should not be allowed to do this, I requested a refund and the response is below

Please be advised that you are required to give 30 days notice for a cancellation and any payments due in this time will be collected as a final payment.

Therefore when you raised your cancellation request on the 19/06/22 a payment was due on the 22/06/22 as this was within 30 days from the cancellation. Therefore the payment on the 22/06/22 is your final payment giving you access until the 21/07/22 as per the terms and conditions you agreed to upon sign up.

On this occasion you would not be eligible to receive a refund as this payment was taken in line with terms and conditions.

JD Bromborough are very clever !!!
They employ people like Kate & Steve who from outside the spin room look lovely. They lure you in by being friendly and chatty and are all smiles. Don't be fooled ! they get you in the class and then they change to spinning demons until you physically cannot walk by the end and the worst part is you always go back for more !! Great class tonight Steve. ALWAYS love the last song !!

Wednesday night spin is the best! Kate and Steve are great at motivating you to keep going and the music is always fantastic. I missed going to spin after 24/7 closed down, so I am glad Kate and Steve are here 💪
