JD Gyms - Brierley Hill Omdömen 

The Gym is clean and there's a good amount of equipment. Easy to access and most equipment either self explanatory or good instructions on how to use. Only downside is some of the machines activate when you start using them (ie excercise bikes when you pedal) but the second you stop they switch off. A few times we have been half way through a program and they have gone off and reset just because you slow down slightly.

I have been using the machine and I have been to a zumba class and i enjoyed it i will be be going agsin i have used the showers too they was clean and safe to use
It is reassuring to know that you have to use the app to enter and leave

Great induction from an educated member of staff who was super polite, very friendly and made me feel welcome in the gym! Jordan was a great help, and gave great insight into a new way to train.

New to JD gyms and not been to a gym for a few years so was very apprehensive but it is a lovely gym very modern lots of machines and weights Nice atmosphere too. Glad I joined.

Really friendly staff, felt welcomed straight away. Great facilities and cleanliness.

Huge array of equipment always available even during busier periods. Everything is working, checked and cleaned daily. All round great experience.

Enjoyed my first body pump class with Gary, friendly and knows what he’s doing! Great atmosphere in the studio too.

The instructor was friendly and helpful. He also took the time to give me feedback and encouragement after the class. I could also see him keeping an eye on me in class, which was reassuring - especially since it was my first time doing that particular class. (My legs are sore today though :D)
Other members of the gym came over to see if I needed help / support which was very kind.

Busy on arrival and very loud music from class taking place; however dut to lots of space and equipment I was still able to do what I wanted and popped my head phones in ! Sorted

Great gym, loads of room to train and a great team who work there. Jordan Bristow walked me round and showed me how to use everything, since then he has come up to me and asked how I was getting on, he deffo a great member of the team

Excellent service! A variety of machines and a nice relaxed atmosphere.

As a new member I was apprehensive to join, however, the fantastic customer service received from Josh on my first visit made all my worries disappear. Helpful and informative, taking the time to be that friendly approachable person and advise where everything was located, an asset to your company!

The classes change last minuet too often. Planning is a major part of going to the gym and I'll plan to do certain classes and it will come to 2 or 3 hours before hand and they would have been cancelled or moved.

Far too loud and overwhelming

Decent gym needs more machines imo, plus it’s very busy. Apart from that’s it’s a good size, brilliant for cardio and clean and well set out

I was recommended by my freind. We asked multiple times for the code but staff won't give her the code saying next time tou come in. Youve lied basically so if she doesn't get the reward I will leave and go to pure gym
