Equipments are good and the gym is really spacious but the toilets are not really clean, apart from that the gym is nice.

Cleanliness is appaling and closing spin room… this should have been made clear when allowing people to sign up

Too busy all benches taken no space to move

I’ve been a loyal member of JD Gyms Bradford for a while now, and I used to love the variety of classes, especially the spin sessions.

However, JD Gyms has recently decided to cancel spin classes without consulting members—something that feels completely unfair, given how many of us relied on them.

Instead of prioritising the experience and satisfaction of current members, JD Gyms seems more focused on increasing membership numbers and maximising profit.

Bradford’s JD gym is already the busiest in the area, yet the company continues to pack in new members while cutting back on important services. It’s frustrating to see a gym that once provided great value for money now prioritising quantity over quality.

If you’re looking for a gym that listens to its members and values their feedback, I’d think twice before joining JD Gyms.

Some machines have been out of order for some time, toilets can be cleaned more often.

Got a £60 Parking Fine – What a Joke!
I got slapped with a £60 parking ticket – that’s basically three months’ worth of JD Gym membership down the drain. Absolute daylight robbery. Feels like they’re just nicking money for nothing. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to live your life, stay active, and then get stung like this. Total scammy vibes.

Great classes and instructors.

There arent enough workout equipment in the women area not even dumbells

I only had my membership for around 1 weel and cancelled it due to health and expected a redund from yourselfs

Great, large and lot of equipment.

I have been there customer before for a year and I rejoined this month again. I go to gym late night, there is no one available on the desk as they don’t prioritise night members. My Qr code doesn’t work and there is no contact number active for the gym, so basically no one is there to help except the cleaning guy who don’t have access to anything.
They said the Qr with work but it didn’t, such an embarrassment while going there. And they took the monthly fees on the first day, I couldn’t able to go in the gym even after a week of paying fee. Ridiculous! The query you send online they take 14 days to reply, you need to wait 14 days to access the gym but have to pay upfront.

I love the experience and how experienced people will help new people out and how to learn how to use the equipment.

No weight machine to measure asked one of the crew member and being rude replied not working a day before said it is in room and will open at 5 am and next day at 5 this happen

The ladies toilets are disgusting. I have never seen anyone cleaning them. Also no sprays available for wiping down the machines or any paper!!!

Good facility

No punching bag in ladies gym and overall equipment very limited. Compared to the number of women that workout here everyday, there is definitely not enough equipment.

Great experience and excellent

Zumba classes at JD sports is one to definitely enroll onto for the ladies. A lovely and enthusiastic zumba instructor who has a variety of songs to cater to everyone. A mixture of upbeat songs vs some mellow ones to help balance the intensity of the class. Also the instructor, Rihanna is very welcoming and always uplifting the ladys and making us feel so comfortable regardless of our body shapes/health conditions. Always look forward to her classes during the week for a fun workout! Would love to see more female sessions run by JD sports! A female yoga class would definitely be a hit and highly recommend JD sports to look into this !
