Excellent service. On time, friendly and helpful. We missed a flight and they bought our car straight back and collected it the next day for our new flight for no extra charge.
Will definitely use again

Easy to book, good communication, reliable. Also it was easy to change our booking when we extended our return date. Quick return delivery, too.

I called several times and there was no answer by the time I got through to say I landed I was just about to go through passport Control. I then waited 45 mins to get my car dropped off at the airport so I could go home.

When they did arrive, the car was filthy it had mud splatters across the whole car . THANKS!!
And on top of the fee, I had to pay £10 twice, once on drop off the other on pick up. This wasn't disclosed until after I booked and I could find no mention of this in the Ts&Cs
It would have been cheaper, and far easier to use the blue or green short stay car parks at the airport......and I'll do exactly that next time

After I booked their Meet and Greet service I read reviews from others so got worried, but I have to admit JBF service was 5 star, after calling JBF to let them know I was 30min away, I got stuck in traffic, I called JBF and told them the situation, they were very accommodating, the driver was waiting at the agreed location and kept in touch with me, on my my return I called JBF as per the instructions, they took little longer then 20min but kept me informed, the car was in the same condition as I left it, they took pictures before and after to ensure no issue arises, I will be using these guys again, the only down side is you have to pay car park charges which was clearly told by JBF,

First i had to wait over an hour to have my car.
Secondly i had to pay x£10 for the parking tcket at the airport
The rudeness of the guy pver the phone is unbelievable !

ON NO ACCOUNT use these clowns. The fellow I dealt with when leaving my car was rude and unpleasant, and worse still, having paid JBF £50-odd for the dubious honour of leaving my car in their custody, I then had to pay 2x loads of £10 for driving my car through the airport barriers - one on arrival and one on leaving the airport. Nothing was said at the time of booking the meet and greet that I'd have to pay £20 extra on top of the £50 that JBF charged, so that came as an extremely unpleasant surprise. 48hrs of parking have ended up costing me over £70. AVOID.

Fantastic service from start to finish. From online booking, until we got the car back after arriving at stansted was a great and smooth experience. Would highly recommend and for the price incredible.

They drove my car whilst I was on holiday, they lied about it, they didn't show a single bit of customer service. Its not worth the slight money saving. This company is a joke.

This was such an easy, efficient and cost effective way for us to park two cars as Stansted is not our local airport. The guys did exactly as they had communicated and communications were great. We will definitely be using again! Thank you.

We tried this company before and the service wasn’t great, however they offered a discount code for me to give them another chance and I’m glad we did, a very smooth collection and return for two cars this time which has restored my faith in them. I’ll definitely be using them again in future…

Booking experience and dropping off the car was fine. However on my return I had to wait nearly an hour for my car to be brought back to me. I wasn’t going to post a review until I noticed several others with identical feedback, suggesting this company doesn’t seem to learn. Delays do happen but it is how you respond they matters - I got several different stories as to where my car was, including that all the drivers were at the airport, that the operator would call me back with an update, which she didn’t and finally that it was on its way and then the man I spoke said actually it still hadn’t left. I was then verbally offered 30% discount on my next booking but instead received an automated text with no acknowledgement of the inconvenience or any apology and a standard 20% discount. Finally my car was filthy and the driver had taken the liberty of changing the radio channel and either using my phone charger or charging point and left the central console open. While these are both minor things, it shows a lack of professionalism and consideration. The car should be returned as handed over. I have used many other Meet and Greet operators before at Stansted - all of whom are far more professional and prompt. Very disappointing- I would recommend others look elsewhere first.

Excellent friendly service. Stranded in France for 24 hours and this team was amazing and didn’t even charge me extra. Excellent advice each time I contacted them and really prompt return of my car. An horrendous return journey made better by JBF

Really great, friendly service!

It was exactly what you expect for meet and greet. On the way we were met very promptly. On the way back we had to wait around 25 mins but it gave us a chance to go to the loo and get a quick snack. Good communication throughout and the car seemed absolutely fine.

Never again!
Please be careful, my car returned with scratched bumper and glass on the signals. 120 miles driven to the parking - wherever kept- dirty, covered in dust and mud.
Absolute disaster

Excellent service. Communication was great with short waiting times and they went out of their way to help us when we had a mechanical problem with our car. Friendly and helpful company and we would use them again. Thank you!
