I needed some thermal grease, and I couldn't find Boron Nitride anywhere (that didn't cost an arm and a leg), but these guys supply, and super quickly as well!
They even left a lovely little note in the delivery :)

Good transaction!
Good transaction. Good communication and fast shipping. Was 6 days from UK to Canada, including a holiday weekend. I was impressed. Haven’t tested product yet but everything looks in order.

Hi, thanks for the review, having not heard about the mistake in one part I am surprised with the review, we offer a completely free replacement service for any incorrect parts and even offer a free service to replace parts if you've broken them during installation and having not heard about the issue we never had an opportunity to rectify the issue. The thin mesh you are talking about are integral parts of the prints, these are in the files and intended to be printed so that the files can be printed successfully. In this case the parts were a Millenium Milo kit and these layers are discussed in the Printing Guide on their website "To make some features printable without support, some features are printed with a sacrificial floor.". Any built in supports are also not removed as often times these can make the part ship safer. Again, if this was raised with us we could have advised and replaced any files accordingly with no expense. Nonetheless, thank you for the review and all the best with the build!
