Multi-year Jazz Sportsbook Customer
I have been with Jazz quite consistently for several years now. Compared to other competitor sportsbooks, they have unparalleled customer service. It usually takes a few seconds to get connected to support, and the VIP account managers they assign are dedicated to their respective players.
They are also generous with bonuses, giving a variety of options based on style of play and I have been on the receiving end of a lot of non-deposit bonuses over the years.
Finally payouts have never taken longer than 24 hours in my experience, usually it is approved and paid out very quickly. These folks have my trust which is why I keep coming back to them.

I love this casino
I love this casino, I never have any issues. When I win and go to cash out I contact my casino manager Nick and in 2-3 days my money is on it's way. The customer sevice reps are the BOMB! they are so friendly, their there to assist you in any way they can. I have played in many casino's throughout the years and find this one the best, never having a hassle.

They can only handle small withdrawals. But get lucky and win a little more, you will be met with "sorry, we are experiencing a high of volume of withdrawals and can't give you a time period that you will receive your funds." Just a scam.

Fraudulent blackjack engine -STAY AWAY!
I’ve played a lot of online blackjack, and know a fraudulent rigged game when I see it. I am 100% certain that JazzSports has a rigged engine. I would bet $1 or $2 and win a high percentage, then increase the bets and lose a high percentage, then back to $1 bets snd win like 11 out of 12, over and over and over. These people are scum, please trust me.

BAD FAITH BOOK, AVOID AT ALL COST
Was solicited by a VIP rep Phil. He offered me a deposit bonus and entry into a nfl survivor contest. Turned out I got lucky and won the survivor contest but when it was time to get paid Phil ignored every email and Victor with marketing used a technicality to avoid paying me the prize I rightfully earned. I had to chase Victor down for a week to get a response because they forgot about the contest. Scam book, DO NOT DEPOSIT.
