JayWay Travel Omdömen

JayWay travel organized my recent holiday to Europe. The organization and communication was seamless and professional. The guides and agents in Europe were excellent and added value to our experiences.
Thank you to Neil in Germany and Krisztina in Hungary - top notch!

Jayway excelled in planning - including where to go and choice of accomodations. I would not have made it to Latvia’s Rundale Palace nor Cesis castle without their input. They also excelled in performance as all guides were informative and made good company - They also contributed to finding traces of my family’s past. having a real time contact was also very helpful (e.g. changing a meeting place at short notice)

The trip was planned to perfection and it’s amazing how much of the world we got to see on one trip. Every little detail was taken care of and even a few surprises along the way. As an example, they got us to a private tour of a farm in Albania where we were fed during the matriarch’s 90th birthday. On Lake Ohrid, a surprise wine tasting and cheese plate for my girlfriend’s birthday. All rooms had a view of a lake or a sea and all of our hosts bent over backwards to impress us as Jayway guests are a top priority. A trip of a lifetime! We Sa’s all of Albania, North Macedonia, and Greece, all by private transfer with nice and interesting guides.

I will not travel internationally without using JayWay travel. They lined everything up for our first trip to Greece. Hotels, ferries, excursions, restaurant recommendations and drivers to get to all the different places were all prearranged. Excellent service!

Let JayWay know your vision for your trip and watch them help you make your dream vacation a seamless and beautiful one! Our Mother Daughter trip to Greece was AMAZING from start to finish!

There are not enough superlatives for me to describe how great our experience was with JayWay. It was our first time using them (and I stumbled on them by accident) and I plan to use them to go anywhere that they go! The transfers were so smooth, the accommodations they selected were fantastic and the guides they set up for us were better and better as the trip went on. The pre-trip planning was great and the person "on the ground" when we got there was such a HUGE help! Bravo JayWay! TY again!

Working with Jayway was great. They made booking this trip of a lifetime stress free. From the accommodations to the transportation and ferries, the tours and all the in between we couldn’t have asked for anything more. They even had a birthday cake sent to our hotel in Naxos for my dad’s birthday. That was such a nice surprise and made his day. The whole experience was really amazing!

Our three-week tour through the historic cities of Central Europe -- Krakow; Prague; Salzburg; Vienna; and Budapest -- can rightly be described as a 'trip of a lifetime', and the JayWay team did an absolutely stellar job in managing our trip every step of the way.

The experience of using JayWay Travel was seamless and our interests were taken into account when planning our trip. Everything was in order from hotels, train tickets, drivers and tour guides. The personalized Guest Page is the best!

Traveling abroad to a new set of countries can be arduous and risky, but a great travel agent partner can smooth the edges and create a memorable experience. JayWay was just that partner on our recent honeymoon trip to Croatia, Vienna and Prague. Very good at listening to what kind of experience we wanted to have, and giving us good choices to pick from. Very attentive and quick to respond to any inconveniences or problems that arose (it will happen!). All the people on their team in each country were excellent ambassadors for their company. Very professional and attentive.

The guides were fun and knowledgeable. We enjoyed everything we did and everywhere we went. The planning was not a challenge. Our contact Krisztina worked with me to put together an excellent trip. We were in awe and had a wonderful time.

The planning was thorough, flexible and timely, as well as friendly and helpful. We were especially grateful for the guidance provided as we made our way through the unfamiliar but wonderful cities of Prague, Vienna and Salzburg.

The trip was top notch. It was highly organized with plenty of time to ""do our thing"", but lots of tours and options available as well. All of the JayWay personnel we dealt with were fantastic!!

We will utilize JayWay Travel again for our international travel in the future. The planning with Elena went so well, when it came time to book, we felt confident that we had it well planned. A good tip I think is to give yourself time when you get into a new city to just walk around with a tour guide to get to know the place. We really enjoyed having that on the day after we arrived so that we were not too tired. It was a dream vacation thanks to the JayWay staff!

We just traveled to Croatia and Slovenia with JayWay. They put together a customized trip based on our desires and their advice. Their personalized attention to detail added value to our experience. The package presented in the guest page/itinerary is incomparable. I highly recommend JayWay!

Both our US and European agents were knowledgeable and very helpful with helping us plan our European trip. We are very pleased with the process from start to finish and now have the memories of a fun and educational family trip to some beautiful European cities.

Our JayWay trip to France (Paris and Nice) was reasonable in price and very well coordinated. This made the trip very fun and easy for someone who has never traveled overseas. The USA and France representatives were very friendly, quick to accommodate, and quickly responsive to questions and made the experience worry-free.

Jayway put together a great trip to Italy. They took care of everything. I highly recommend them.

4th time using Jayway Travel. We were so well taken care of! Highly recommend! Barcelona, Valencia and Mallorca.

All of our details were handled, with no loose ends. All of the agents I worked with were so kind, knowledgeable and offered wonderful suggestions. My local agent went above and beyond and was available every moment I needed something. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!
