I had an amazing experience with Jayway Travel for my trip to Europe! From my very first inquiry to the time I got back home, they did a phenomenal job making sure every part of the trip was exactly what I wanted. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and personalized to fit my travel style perfectly.

Their team was incredibly helpful with recommendations, planning, transportation, hotels, and activities. I always felt supported throughout the trip, and it made traveling to new countries so much easier and more enjoyable.

If you are planning a trip to a new country, I definitely recommend using Jayway Travel. They truly know how to create a seamless travel experience and provide the best recommendations to make your trip unforgettable!

We first used JayWay Travel on our Bucket List trip to Rome, the Amalfi Coast and Sicily in 2024. Because of our incredible experience with JayWay, we decided to use them again for our recent Northern Italy excursion. Again, we weren't disappointed
The way I look at it, the only thing that can ruin an incredibly planned vacation is stress. JayWay takes the stress out of travel. They're incredible planning process takes care of every little detail to ensure a smooth, reliable and comfortable experience. From the airport pick up to private transportation to and from trains and hotels, we never experienced one delay and each ride was very clean with professional drivers. What is really comforting is that your tour representative is only a phone call away if you have any issues during your entire vacation. That's what I call stress free. I highly recommend JayWay Travel for your next Journey. You won't be disappointed.

Jayway helped us plan the most amazing family trip to Sicily with a stop in Rome. Everything was perfect. They made everything easy from start to finish. All our tour guides were wonderful and our local rep was the greatest.

Just got back from an incredible trip to Italy and had to share a quick shoutout to
JayWay Travel.

They handled everything from start to finish (hotels, transfers, train tickets, tours, all the logistics) and made planning the trip so easy. We were able to just show up and actually enjoy it without constantly worrying about what was next.

What really stood out was that even while we were on the ground in Italy, we had access to a local contact anytime we needed help or had a question. That extra layer of support made everything feel totally seamless and stress-free.

Every place they booked felt thoughtfully chosen, and the whole experience was super smooth from city to city.

If you’re thinking about a trip to Europe and don’t want the planning headache, I’d definitely recommend!!

We had a phenomenal experience with JayWay Travel! Our travel advisor, Jason, and all of the team members who helped us plan our special trip were absolutely amazing!

From the very start I was incredibly impressed by their attention to detail, the ease of choosing and customizing our itinerary, and the wide variety of excursions and destinations.

We are looking forward to using JayWay again for our next big trip. I can't offer enough praise for their excellent service.

If you are looking for a five star experience, with attention to detail and amazing flexibility, JayWay is the go-to source.

JayWay travel planned and arranged my trip to Italy. What an amazing experience. I gave them a broad idea of the things we wanted to do and where we wanted to go and they did the rest. They gave me hotel options, then made all the reservations and paid all the fees including taxes. They scheduled private tours which were amazing. I would only consider using them for any trip going forward.

From my first email through the planning stages, and then the actual trip, I always had extremely prompt responses and great suggestions.

Cannot thank JayTravel enough—they made our trip to Poland so special! They helped plan the entire trip and did everything they could to ensure it was exactly the way we wanted. The attention to detail they provided was incredibly helpful, and they even suggested activities for our free time. Every tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and we always had someone to contact while we were in the country. We had always wanted to visit Poland, and thanks to JayTravel, it turned into an amazing experience. I would highly recommend using JayTravel for their professionalism and their relentless commitment to making sure you get exactly what you want out of your vacation!

JayWay did an excellent job of recommending hotels in our preferred category as well as additional possible destinations for our trip to Portugal. They also provided tour recommendations to choose from which turned out to be with terrific knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides. They also made seamless arrangements for travel between our destinations in Portugal. All in all, we would highly recommend based on their expertise and experience to provide a great travel experience.

JayWay is a perfect travel planner for a traveler like me. I'm an older solo traveler who likes the convenience of someone else taking care of the details and having a problem solving resource available while I'm traveling. I'm an experienced world traveler who knows what I like and JayWay was able to deliver in an exceptional manner.

Jay way allowed us to enjoy independent travel in Poland with fantastic background support. They took our initial vision, worked closely with us and created something wonderful. Transfers, hotels, guides, tours were excellent. We appreciated having someone on the ground who was genuinely caring and willing to help whenever the need arose. The Guest Page was full of recommendations, contacts and clear guidance. Couldn’t recommend JayWay more highly!

For the second time JayWay Travel exceeded our expectations with our recent family trip to southern Spain. Everything was planned and executed to perfection. The first was a few years ago when we used JayWay for our trip to Croatia. Bravo JayWay!

We took the 12 day Christmas markets tour in Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. JayWay picked outstanding hotels for us, planned the whole trip, and provided us with 6 private drivers to get us to and from airports/train stations. That made our travels much easier, completely seamless.

I was hesitant to use a resource from Facebook without personal referrals but I reached out regardless. So glad I did. Rose provided an itinerary based on our conversation and she provided input to help. We made some changes to the first itinerary based on discussion with our group. It was super easy on my end to put our trip together! Choices of hotels and excursions was just as easy. We had someone near our destination for contact and checking on us, that gave us a sense of security and comfort. I would recommend them!

We were thoroughly impressed with all of the preparation and planning provided by Melita and the team at JayWay. This was our first trip to Germany, and we were provided with a very extensive array of choices with respect to our accommodations, places to eat, and activities, and everything was outstanding, especially the guides. Our local contact, Neil, stayed in contact on a daily basis, and any minor issues were taken care of immediately. We will be using JayWay again.

Jayway extensively researches the destinations for the trips they plan. Planning begins with getting to know their clients expectations & offering options to satisfy them. Our 3 trips have
perfectly matched our interests & style of travel.

Rose and Lorenza were wonderful! Our travel guides were also top notch. We highly recommend JayWay. Not a stone unturned. 5 stars should be 50 stars.

A big part of what made my experience great is that a lot of the activities and sites that I wanted to see were arranged in advanced by very helpful JayWay personnel. The city tours and skip-the-line tickets along with necessary transportation (trains, boat ferries, drivers, water taxis, etc...) were all taken care of. All we had to was show up. We very much appreciated that our JayWay contact stayed in touch throughout the trip tending to all our concerns. Having a peace of mind was delightful and truly added to the relaxing yet adventurous experience.

From start to finish our trip designed by Jayway was a truly wonderful experience. It was great working with Jayway to design the perfect 30th anniversary trip.
They give you many options on hotels and tours to
Make the experience customized to your likes . By the end of our trip we truly understood the history and culture of both Croatia and Slovenia and saw some of the most beautiful Scenery we have ever seen. If your planning a trip to the Balkan's you need to use Jayway Travel

Great planning, and good communication! Jay Way was exceptional in every way. I would definitely use this travel agency again! Thank you for a memorable trip.
