Business side of things is HARD
The content, lessons and coaches were really good, I felt really supported and enjoyed the course thoroughly and learnt a lot.
In hindsight I find that no talks about how difficult it is to build an actual business after graduation. The launchpad month only covered the tip of the iceberg. Further support offered on the circle Plattform and other business exhilirator courses we would have to pay for… so after two years of trial and error I have given up!

Need for more depth in program content
While I met some amazing people through the program, I was disappointed by the depth of the curriculum. The core content relies heavily on prerecorded videos, which I found to be quite surface level and lacking in depth.
The program includes mentorship, practice coaching, and community components, which I participated in, but my feedback is specifically about the instructional content within the curriculum, where I expected more in-depth frameworks, theory, and substance.

Now would be the right time.
The school is so structured with its learning and how individual growth falls into the learning is truly amazing. The times from when you are doubting yourself to celebrating yourself are incorporated with the learning so you feel supported at each stage.
The only thing I found difficult was the time difference which hinder me being more involved but …. If I had know that all the time effort that was going to go into it I would have waiting for the right time which would never have come and I would not be a Jay Shetty Certified Coach today 😃. So grateful to understand that the journey matters more than the destination

My experience with the Jay Shetty Certification School was excellent. I graduated with a certificate in Life and Success Coaching, which I was also able to convert into an International Diploma in Coaching and Leadership Development (Level 7). Both of these are recognised in the UK and Globally, due to the level of work that was undertaken to achieve them. I LOVED the learning modules, I loved the Community, I had the most amazing Mentor and also a fantastic Live Cohort Leader too. The community who were part of the course are all like minded people and I made many really amazing friends around the world! If you are just doing this for self development, or doing this to become a Life and Success Coach, you will not be disappointed! It is an amazing investment in yourself!

The Jay Shetty Certification School is a great school. The curriculum is vast and very detailed. Self study Library quiet extensive and important. Amazing Mentors and the support team overall very helpful. You get the basic fundamentals of coaching. You learn about yourself while making sure that you stay in the safe zone of supporting others without a license. Cause no harm. Lots of seeding about other programs within Jay Shetty however no clear outline of how to put it together and make it work beyond your certification.
I think that it’s great for personal development.
