Jayserv Mechanical & Electrical Limited Omdömen

Outstanding M&E Support on a Complex Site
Jayserv provide ongoing M&E services to a site I manage, and their performance has been excellent. The site itself is complex, with both a particularly tricky client and multiple tenants, which requires a provider that is flexible, reliable, and proactive — Jayserv consistently deliver on all fronts.
Their engineers are knowledgeable, responsive, and professional, and they handle issues calmly and effectively, even in challenging situations. Communication is clear and timely, and they take the time to understand the operational and commercial pressures of managing a mixed-occupancy site.
It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who can be trusted to manage M&E services properly and who genuinely supports the site management team. Jayserv are a reliable partner, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

JayServ Mechanical and Electrical are a fantastic company, no job too small even though they serve companies with enormous heating systems, they have dealt with my mum’s little gas fire and the service has been fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble, they are kind, courteous and do their very best to fit around you! The office girls namely Charlotte, Hayley and Kayleigh are so helpful and cheerful, the two engineers that we have had to do the job, Jay and Matt, have been clean, tidy, courteous and explanatory and we are so happy with the work provided!
If you want a good job done properly this is the Company to use!
Big thank you JayServ for your excellent service

I've used Jayserv since they began, where they have serviced and upgraded the numerous heating systems in the largest school in Croydon. We also used them for water testing and electrical works.

Since I have moved to a new company I've also used Jayserv extensively with another heating system replacement, servicing, building works and for upgrades on our complicated electrical system. The team have not let us down and have gone the extra mile time and again to make sure that our site hasn't lost power during these works. Being a security company, we cannot have any mistakes. Highly recommended.
