Shipping takes way too long so prepare for that
It wasn’t until a few days after purchase that they requested my ID to verify age for the knife blade. This should have been taken care of during the purchasing time, after that shipping has been taking way longer than expected with a new recieving date that is 3 weeks out from the original purchase date. I just hope the quality is good.

It would have been nice to know how…
It would have been nice to know how many layers this material was folded into, as well as a description of what exact materials were used. I don't know if it was worth triple the billets initial price point, when said and done. Might not be able to get the edge retention I'd like for the design I have in mind, which would make it a hard sell

Very poor service
As per info on website - I contacted them twice by email and once by phone - no response.
I’d requested to return a product purchased for my husband who sadly died the day after it arrived, but got no response to emails and excuses when I called.

I just received my Hand Forged Carbon Steel Kitchen Cleaver/ Bushcraft Knife CH17! What a work of art! Great craftsmanship! Loved the beautiful engraved wooden handle and leather sheath. Be very wary - false advertising
1.Paid for engraved knives.
2. Sent the knives to me by royal pi mail without any engraving, even though I received a email confirming they would not do this and confirmed wording.
3.tried to gaslight me by saying I did not send inscription in time and any personal response I had received was 'auto generated'
4. Finally apologised and asked me to send knives back by evri and they would refund me and resend knives with inscription. BUT..
5. THEY DON'T HAVE A CONTRACT WITH EVRI AS A RETAILOR
6. I pointed this out.. Their last email said " we've done everything we can to resolve it'
7 I asked 4 Times for a prepaid form to be sent so I could send the knives back but realise they couldnt do this as they are not a retailer for EVRI
8. Hands down the the worst company I've ever used. False advertising and gaslighters.

We understand this was not your intended result. To resolve this:
Engraving/Refunds: We do offer a full refund for the engraving service if it cannot be completed for any reason, or a replacement if preferred.
Returns: We apologize for any confusion regarding the courier. We will provide a clear, alternative solution for the return shipping to ensure the knives are sent back to us easily and at no cost to you.

Steak knives - NO DELIVERY or COMMUNICATION
Ordered a set of steak knives. Have followed up to see where the delivery is and no response from 2x emails and multiple attempts to call the number that goes straight to voicemail. Not sure I trust these guys and running out of time to get them for my event now (2 days time). I will be taking this up with my bank to seek a refund as they can't be bothered to respond to me.

Is Jayger still operational?
On 31st January, I placed an order on Jayger's website for an engraved knife and sheaf. (Order # 1160)
Confirmation was immediate, by email.
According to their terms, delivery is 5-6 working days, yet I have not received a single update since I placed my order.
Yesterday morning, I emailed Jayger, using their admin email address to request an update.
This morning, I telephoned their contact number of +447402921100, and left a voicemail, asking for an update.
I am still awaiting a response.
Customer service is non existent, leaving me frustrated and suspicious. Despite the excellent reviews posted here, I am beginning to wonder whether Jayger is legitimate.
I've clicked on the order confirmation email link, to view any order updates, and the only information displayed is the confirmation of my order, the cost, and the delivery address.
If Jayger doesn't reply by Monday, I will be contacting my bank for an investigation, and demand a refund.
