Great website which I just found. I’m in love with all those shoes and boots. I ordered my first pair of boots last night and I had some questions and customer service was quickly and efficiently responsive to all of my inquiries so great product and great customer service. I’ll definitely order again.

The sandals were plastic, poorly made, and not usable. The company advertises easy returns. Not true. Must return to China, pay 15% restocking. I gave my sandals to Goodwill.

EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY and although they advertise a no hassel return policy, leave out the part about a 15% restocking fee and international shipping costs

6. RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING FEE

All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse. Return postage is paid by the customer and is not refunded. Customers are responsible for:

All return shipping costs
Selecting a shipping provider that supports customs clearance
Paying any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees
Ensuring accurate customs documentation
Jay & Liz is not responsible for return parcels that are delayed, rejected, or lost due to customs issues or incorrect shipping methods.

Restocking Fee. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved voluntary returns. This fee covers inspection, processing, and inventory handling. The same fee applies to unopened packages, parcels refused upon delivery, and parcels left unclaimed and automatically returned to us.

Exceptions: The restocking fee is waived where the item arrived damaged or defective. Each case is reviewed individually.

7. RETURN ADDRESS

Returns must be sent only to the return address provided by our customer service team after approval. Returns sent to any other address cannot be processed.

I purchased two pairs of boots from Jay & Liz for approximately $250. Before purchasing, I was influenced by the company’s website advertising 9,000+ five-star reviews. After my purchase, I tried to locate those reviews independently and have been unable to find anything close to that number on independent review sites. I would encourage prospective customers to research this carefully for themselves.

On a $250 purchase, the restocking fee alone is $37.50, and international shipping for two pairs of boots could potentially cost around $100 or more. That means returning the merchandise could consume a substantial portion of the original purchase price.

I wish the international return location and the potentially significant cost of returning merchandise had been much more prominent before I ordered. I also believe consumers should be able to easily determine where the advertised “9,000+ five-star reviews” come from.

My advice to anyone considering purchasing is to read the complete return policy, determine where returns must actually be shipped, and independently verify the review claims before ordering anything from this company.

I liked what is saw online, ordering was a bit confusing to me so an order was placed 2 times, I tried contacting customer service only to realize it's Sunday so most likely closed. I really hope, you have a good product!!

Only one star because I can’t leave zero. Products are poor quality and do not match what is shown on website. Mailed from China too, so takes awhile to see what lousy quality you have ordered. Their “easy returns” are a joke. You are stuck with what you received and will not get your money back. Worst experience ever. Order # 139403, for verification.

Buyer beware! I tried to return a shirt that was too small. Store wanted me to take photos and show them! They wouldn’t give an address to return merchandise. I will NEVER shop there again.

The blouse itself is nice and the material feels good but the fit was roomier than I expected through the shoulders. I can still wear it with the sleeves rolled and tucked into trousers. Shipping and packaging were fine so my main issue was just the fit.
