Jawbreaker Omdömen

First time customer and I found the website so easy to navigate. The items I ordered were fabulous, arrived in 2 days and are fantastic quality for the price.
I am exceptionally pleased with the whole experience and have bookmarked “jawbreaker” for future purchases.

The website was super easy to navigate, the selection of clothing is phenomenal and the prices do feel too good to be true, but they are!
Jawbreaker is a reputable brand in the alt scene can't believe it took me this long to start shopping directly with them! (I've picked up many pieces via 3rd party sellers)
I ended up picking up what will be my wedding dress on a 80% sale, so this girl is more than made up!

Great customer service! They reached out when a product I ordered was out of stock and offered me an alternative and my order showed up the next day. I was so happy with the quality of everything I ordered again. Delivery was fast and everything is amazing quality. My new favorite store

I paid for a top in the sale which was somehow out of stock but this was managed well by customer service and I ended up ordering a number of other items. All great quality stuff, though it can sometimes take a little while to get a response and sort things out when they’ve gone wrong.

Got back to me very quickly when I was struggling with a return. Sent out another size fairly quickly, absolutely in love with my purchase.

I had never shopped with Jawbreaker before but what an exceptional experience. The clothes were absolutely stunning, well packaged and very quick delivery. I didn't have any dealings with customer service so cannot comment on that. Definitely will be back again for more clothes.

I ordered a few things from the sale tand could not believe the quality. Immediately ordered again. The parcels came in 2 days! Absolutely brilliant!

The delivery was fast so no waiting or wondering where my order was. The clothes look amazing and good quality, as well as stylish. Fits well and are comfortable to wear.

Fast postage, fair prices and good quality clothing ! It's a nice change from the usual brands that spam my Facebook page!

Clothes were a great quality and shipped quickly too. Really happy with my purchase as this was my first order and definitely would order again

I ordered myself a few bargains in the sale and was very pleased with them. Everything fit as described on the item description, nothing had to be returned and everything was of great quality. There was regular updates on delivery too so I knew when to be in for my order arriving. It turned up within the allocated time slot. No complaints here, very happy customer.

Quality clothing that looks great on .

Very happy with the service. Will use again.

Really awesome range of alternative clothing and quality seems decent. Orders arrived really fast.
Lost a star from me because to send anything back (which you are expected to pay yourself) it ends up being really expensive and a really faffy return system. It's been really frustrating losing moneyand of course Jawbreaker don't want to lose any money but what's in place currently isn't fair on the customer. Hope this can change in the future.

I didn’t need customer service so I can’t review that although I got my order pretty quickly and it looks great quality.

nice just came separate with 2 packages on different times

Ordered a hoodie for my friend for Christmas, within a few hours was informed that the hoodie I selected wasn’t in stock and that I could pick another, so I did that and within a few hours was informed it was picked out and shipped, fantastic customer support and amazing quality

Really fast shipping. Even to Europe. 😇And i don't have to pay tax or anything in here(Latvia)🤔
Products are fantastic 🤩.

All items arrived in good time and all are great quality. Very happy with my purchase, would definitely order again.
