I ordered two items, a Mini GlareWing Panel and an A320 EFIS, for $410 on June 15, 2025, on this website, and I still haven't received anything. The response time is very long; they respond when they feel like it. We don't know if it's a scam or if they're just overwhelmed. However, when you visit their website, the number of items for sale is increasing. The shipment was supposed to have been sent in October, from Thailand to France. It is now the end of February and still nothing. When I ask for the name of the carrier, I get no response. It's just absurd!

I have had a very good experience. While this is true that the delivery and import costs are very high - this is offset by the purchase price which is way less than the competition. Specifically A320 overhead panel is ends up costing much less. Also the tech support was stellar. Do not be put off but bad English and long lead times. Company is very good

Einfach nur wooow! Ich habe das Overhead-Panel bestellt und es ist einfach nur klasse. Ich bin von der Verarbeitungsqualität sowas von begeistert. Ich freue mich so sehr auf die Inbetriebnahme. Die Lieferzeit betrug weniger als 3 Wochen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The quality of the product is good. Also, there service is very good. The problem is that if you live in Europe or US you will likely have to pay 120 Euro extra for delivery, handling, shipping and taxes. Buying something for 300 Euro will cost you 420 before you can hold it in your hands. That is not competitive in this market seen that other company’s do have delivery costs worldwide, including taxes under 20 Euro. At the end the competitors are cheaper. For me it gets way to expensive regarding delivery and import costs. That's why I give it a 2 star. Also, there delivery times can be very slow in terms of producing. It takes them a lot of time (2 months or more) to produce a product before shipping. Once shipped It will be at your home within a week. That this company is SCAM, that’s something I do not believe. They react on you mails promptly and they deliver the product once it has finished production. It’s just not worth the money as long they cannot ship internationally for a mor competitive price. I belive they could take more effort in solving there delivery costs so it can become a competitive product, just not for now.

That's simple. I ordered a product that costs 600$, and 2 months later i don't have it. However, they said it would take like 2 weeks to deliver it. LIES ! They're are not responding to my several messages, and give not a single information about the delivery. 600$ for that ? That's what we call a SCAM. Don't buy stuff for sim on their website. MiniCockpit or WinWing are much better !!
