The team at Jashn are outstanding! Every visit the service is fantastic and the food is amazing! They cater for allergies so well and are a firm favourite with our family but in particular our daughter who loves their mango chicken! Every takeaway or birthday meal is always Jashn without question! They remember her order and we know her allergies are catered for. Thank you for another amazing meal last night. We had a great meal and our daughter had a fab birthday - Thank you!

I've been to Jashn 6-7 times over the last few years and have always come away impressed. The vibe of the place is really comfortable and welcoming, and the staff are always eager to help. We always come away happy and stuffed.

This review aligns to the many many times we have been, where you have 'outstanding' service, followed by 'outstanding food', quality of product, the cooking itself the presentation, the variety all comes at optimum temperature. Finally the price, when you take into account this outstanding restaurant, is so reasonable and we never worry what we order as it is all quality and all fantastic value.

Absolutely amazing again. Love all the different food. It's top notch every time. Beautifully presented and it's a lovely atmosphere. H looked after us tonight he is very friendly and always made sure we had everything we wanted. Definitely highly recommended. Wow ......

H was absolutely fabulous at looking after us and Kuks the owner was on hand making sure everyone was enjoying themselves.

Thank god we did not visit there and will never. We ordered food a second time as we were impressed with the first time. we ordered items more than 55 pounds but one dish was missing.

My husband called up the restaurant guy and he blamed Just Eat people for stealing food. And we had to order again with the delivery charge. The guy in the restaurant does not clearly state that the delivery charge will be there if u order the can, and we will deliver your dish then on that he said he will send 2 butter naans and I thought it was like goodwill as one item was not sent. But Why Should We Pay Again For The Delivery Charge If It Was The Restaurants Mistake?

I confronted the same guy who came the second time to deliver the dish and I asked him why the restaurant did not send our one item the just-eat guy said that they are very busy and they forgot. I got really mad and I told the just eat guy but the restaurant guy blames just eat for stealing the food.

then also I checked reviews online that if anybody said anything in the reviews. The restaurant guy says oh it has happened with many of our customers. There were no reviews on it. Also, the item was not piping hot. So I am pretty sure it was forgotten there in the restaurant. Instead of admitting it, he went on arguing about it and blaming the Just-eat people. Today we had a bad experience with them.

These restaurants have become so greedy for money everywhere and they don't think about their quality and standards of service. The restaurant should make it sure that the order is fully delivered.

So please check your order before the Delivery person leaves and if anything missing can call the restaurant in front of the delivery person.

Outstanding!.. After living in London for many years and returning to the North East, I found this restaurant.. And what a gem! .. From the minute you walk through the door, until the minute your walk out you are made to feel important.. All of staff/owners are amazing, and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The restaurant itself is fresh,clean,and constantly being updated with rich ambient colours, adding to the whole dining experience.
The food is fresh, beautifully presented, consistently delicious and authentic, and the menu is extensive, catering for all tastes. Its the only Indian restaurant I will go to in the whole of the North East, and can't recommend it enough....
