Ahmed attended my property to look at the plumbing, and from the moment he arrived, his service and professionalism were evident. Throughout the visit, Ahmed demonstrated an impressive balance of efficiency and attention to detail: he moved quickly but never rushed, ensuring that every step was completed correctly.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Ja Plumbing during there recent visit to my premises. He promptly fixed the thermostat shower cartridge, and his attention to detail was truly impressive. Additionally, Mr. Jakir took the time to repair my sink, demonstrating both expertise and efficiency in addressing the issues.

Did the job well and very nice communication however they were showing up always an hour late from the set time which caused some rearranging with my work.

My experience with JA Plumbing was great ! They came out on the bank holiday weekend, well prepared with the item that urgently needed replacing (water escaping). I was given a rough estimate at time of booking, and in fact they agreed on a slightly lower price (job turned out to be straight forward) when payment was due. I was impressed by their professionalism, speedy response and excellent result. Highly recommend this company !

I’m very happy with the work done! Contractor was polite, professional, and listened to my concerns about possible damage to the floor or tiles. He was careful and meticulous, completing the job without a single scratch. Highly recommend his services!

Avoid at all cost. Had an issue with a blocked kitchen sink. JA visited, and made the problem much, much worse. Unfortunately I had already paid them £207 by that stage. Contacted JA the day after they had visited (and had made the problem far worse), and he had the audacity to tell me that they could visit again for £120 + parking, and that they wanted to cut up a waste water pipe to see if there was any blockage there. They also repeatedly told me that the issue was with the communal stack in my building which shows their complete incompetence as my bathroom is connected to the same stack, and this didn't have any issues at all. And none of the other residents in the building were having any drainage issues. I had told JA this after their first visit as well. They were going to make a second visit (at the afore mentioned charge of £120) but luckily they never turned up after keeping my tenant waiting for most of the afternoon (despite saying they would visit to both myself and my tenant). In the end, I got another plumber in and they resolved the issue within 30 minutes. In summary, choose JA if you want an incompetent plumber that will charge you for an extra visit for a problem that they've made far worse.
