Japanese Blueprint Omdömen 82

I’ve only used the Japanese Blue print for 2 days before bed and there is a difference with this system. You learn practical vocabulary words and the kanji is described in a manner that easier to remember, by sight/symbols. Hoping my boys will try it as well since they will be taking Beginner Japanese in summer school.

I'm 71 and retired. Before Japanese Blueprint I thought that I would never be able to learn a new language. The phrase approach helped me get started and now I expect to be a able to communicate with locals on a very basic level. Thanks JB for getting my language brain running.

I learned how to introduce myself in one day. I went through the first four lessons and things immediately just clicked. It trains your brain to recognizing patterns instead of just thousands of phrases, which to be honest, has always been my preferred method of learning languages. Now Japanese is a hard language for English speakers to learn, but this program definitely made it easier. The best part about the program is that you speak immediately and you don’t waste your time. The rest of the introductory course comes in packets PDFs that you get that were incredibly helpful especially the e-book 1000 Japanese words. If you like the video format, they do offer a bigger course that you still have to pay for, that is not included in the introductory course but even the introductory course with the few video lessons and multiple story videos, were so worth it. I highly highly recommend.

I've been studying Japanese on an app for about 1 years now. I felt as if the things I was learning just weren't relevant to my life. I was intrigued by the pitch for your course and figured I'd give it a shot. Within the first day I saw it was different. It's taught me things that I could immediately use. Practice makes perfect, and now I feel I am heading in the right direction.

What made this amazing and worthy of 5 stars is how jam-packed it is with genuine learning materials and information that is honestly really helpful for learning Japanese.

I've only just started with the material recently as of this review, and I'm already learning a lot I wouldn't have learned with apps teaching the same language in a different format.

This is such a different and refreshing way to learn that actually makes sense! I've been trying to do the traditional textbook, grammar route but this actually sticks. Highly recommend!

I have been studying Japanese for decades and I have tried a lot of ways to learn from Duolingo to Rosetta Stone. Japanese Blueprint seems promising in my journey. All I have to do is take it one day at a time.

Learning a new language is difficult, especially for non-immersive adults and especially for speakers of languages based on Roman characters. I have found that Japanese Blueprint does as well as any other tool I have tried: Duolingo, Pimsleur, Rosetta Stone. Immersion really is the best method by far. But, I have used Japanese Blueprint to good effect and it is reasonably priced.

The course is easily understandable, and makes me comfortable learning ti speak Japanese

I'm a regular traveller to Japan and have done the usual textbook and Duolingo path to learn the language. Just at the beginning of using Japanese Blueprint but already finding it a more natural and organic way to assist my conversation with all the friends I have in Japan. I am about to turn 71 so it's never too late to finally feel confident you can do it. I DJ in Japan. Age is a number.

This is a good course for beginners - the style is fun and easy the course is easy to navigate once you put a bit of time in.

I recommend this course for total beginners!

I have been using duo lingo and not really got very far with making it stick in my mind, but with Japanese blueprint I am able to remember words and phrases more easily.

Easy onboarding and useful language lessons.

So far I'm disappointed. The phrases that the blueprint is based on are not new to me but there aren't any more lessons after the first five. Just some stories to watch. Am I missing something? I've made the same comment to the Help line and never heard back.

The course seems well founded, however was not aware that I was only getting a part of the course and needed to pay extra to get the full course.

Just started Japanese Blueprint, and love the positive attitude. I am learning some Japanese words right away, and not working with lists and contests as I have been with other online programs.

The course comes with a great selection of useful resources straight from the get go and more available to download within the course as you go. There are daily “words of the day” emailed through to you and the support has been very good, with the creator being very open to emailed questions and advice and very prompt timing with replies so far. I’m part way through the course and liking the learning style and the layout so far. There are lots of audio materials so you can clearly listen to how words are spoken and it”s broken up into sections with set tasks to do to help learn the materials, for ease of learning. The goal of the course being to learn useful speaking content to be able to fluently converse in Japanese in every day situations, rather than a classic school education of learning a language from scratch letter by letter, which is better for adults learning, time constraints and the reasons why many want to learn the language. It is difficult to summarize how wonderful it is to be making legitimate progress in Japanese after so very long trying . . . but here goes: This is what you need for Japanese progress!

I have studied Japanese for a long time (native English speaker) starting from when I first worked in research laboratories with engineers and medical doctors from Japan (way back in the 1990s). I have traveled to Japan multiple times and can handle technical talk (some English, some Japanese, and some in German, actually) and can also navigate buses, trains, and finding my way solo.
Unfortunately, like many, many learners of Japanese, I have always (always!) struggled with daily (or day-to-day) interaction that could lead to a deeper connection. Although my vocabulary is decent, I did not feel comfortable introducing myself, arranging to meet again, or simple things like saying goodbye (for now). They felt awkward and I am sure they seemed awkward to those I spoke with.

However, with Japanese Blueprint, I am now on the right track! After just a little time working with simple interactions and learning tips for practicing to be confident . . . I have made important steps forward. I actually called one of my best friends in Japan on the phone - a first! - to plan a potential visit and start a new research project! He is a few years older than me, and he asked me to review several items of introducing myself to new collaborators and for speaking with new interns as we might interview them. He was so amazed! [I know him well enough to be able to tell] He wanted to know what had changed . . . why did I sound so much more natural and connected.
He even finally told me, actually, it does not matter how you managed to improve, but you are now sounding more ready than in the 30+ years we have known each other to really start something new in Japan like we have always talked about!

Thanks to Japanese Blueprint, those 'dream plans' are becoming 'real plans' and I cannot wait to keep learning more!
