The color changing foundation is a scam. My product came broken and it was too light for my skin tone. Despite their money back guarantee within 90 days (it hasn’t even been a week since I received it), I was told they could offer me a 15% refund. When I educated them on their refund policy I was given an address in China to send it back to-of course I would have to pay shipping and get a refund within a month “or so.” Caveat Emptor.
Purchased the buy 1 and get 1 free foundation and paid USD $49.95, I thought I purchased the Luxe Brand as advertised but realized it was different brand so I sent an email to cancel it right away within 30 minutes but they said they already shipped it which is a lie so after 10 days I received the foundation, but only 1 bottle instead of 2 as advertised on special. This is a dishonest vendor and should be banned in selling on line. Please see below:

What they give you is called OUHOE. A big writing that said made in China!The size of the foundation is a little bit taller than a lipstick. It stinks! That skin ph and absorption and good other ingredients that’s good for your skin he said? IS A COMPLETE BS! It doesn’t glide on the skin as shown in the commercial. When you apply it, it will stay on the skin wherever you apply it. It doesn’t get absorb on your skin that he said will adjust whatever skin tone you have. Instead, you will look like someone threw a flour on your face. I took a picture of everything and i wish i can post it for the rest to be aware of. And also claimed that it’s nothing compare to ESTEE LAUDER or FEnti and etc. Shipping took 3 weeks! This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. This can ve rate as Negative 000000 star!
Do not order from this company. Terrible customer service and delivery. This is not a US or European company. I did not know that the product I purchased was made and shipped from China. Shipping take about a month, and they have a terrible return policy. You will need to pay for duties and tariffs.
I bought a sweater for 40 dollars and they sent me a cheap material sweater it toook very long to send the sweater n when it came it wasn’t what I ordered I tried returning it but it doesn’t say where so I emailed customer service n they haven’t answered me back
I had ordered a “Vintage Navy Polyester E" (blazer), advertised as a structured garment, arrived as a shapeless, unconstructed piece, bearing no resemblance to its depiction on your website. Similarly, the "Abigail style printed blouse" featured a pixelated, cheap screen print on low-quality, scratchy fabric, failing to match the vibrant online imagery.
When I sought a full refund, after several back-and-forth emails, I was eventually offered a 50% discount, and directed to keep the items. Citing substantial international shipping costs to return items to China as my responsibility. Under duress, I reluctantly accepted this offer, as a full return was impractical.
However, this partial reimbursement does not resolve the core issue: receiving misrepresented and inferior goods. My dissatisfaction remains profound. I feel compelled to caution prospective customers about the significant risk of inaccurate product representation and the challenging return process, especially for international orders. This experience highlights serious concerns regarding quality control and customer recourse.
I will never order from this site again.
Difficult and frustrating to work with.
I ordered 2 jackets with express shipping, received the order 3 weeks later. What I received was just one jacket that did not in any way resemble either of the two I had ordered. Shipment came from china, not the UK, and the item has “Amazon.com” on the tag.
10 days in trying to get a refund and they still insist it was correct item and it is not their problem it is not what I expected. They expect me to cover the cost of sending it back to China via tracked shipping.
Their website claims a 4.7 Trustpilot score with over 1,700 reviews, yet I see none here.
