Perfecto servicio
Hola, soy novia desde el país de Chile, quiero recomendar al 100% la atención de Dora, sin duda a pesar de que el idioma no es el mismo, ella hizo todo lo posible por adaptarse y hacer un servicio de venta excelente.
Hablando del vestido... fue mucho y mas, cumplió mis expectativas al 1000%, es tan cual a la imagen y diría que es mucho mejor en persona.
El servicio post venta fue igual de increíble, ya que Dora explica súper claro los pasos a seguir...

Gorgeous evening dress!!!
Once I placed my order, Dora from Jancember contacted to confirm measurements and details. She sent me pictures and videos of the dress. The dress was complete and shipped out quickly. Shipping took like 4 days to arrive. The dress is beautiful and well made and it fit my daughter perfectly. Will return and order dresses from Jancember again.

Real review from a mom of a quinceañera
This is a legit and great company. I ordered my daughter’s quinceañera dress and was a little wary as we are in the USA (near miami, florida) and this company is overseas. But i couldnt be more pleased! Very HIGH QUALITY dress. Not the temu version lol. I cannot stress the quality. Just excellent. On par with dresses my daughter tried on in high end local boutiques… but for a much better price and custom made. All the sizing was to specs i provided except for the waist..but they handled it so professionally and even refunded the cost of the alteration! That was surprising and very refreshing. Plus all the constant communication via whatsapp… they have excellent costumer service.
They do communicate late at night or early morning bc of the time difference but not an issue for me. I highly recommend. 10 of 10!!
