I've used James' services in my home…
I've used James' services in my home and my mum's for annual boiler servicing and for the installation of a new boiler. He has always communicated well, turned up on time, worked tidily, done an excellent job and left things tidy. I would recommend him 100%

Reliable Gas Engineer
I have known Jim Menzies for over 20 years and have always found him to be professional, trustworthy and very competent. He has never given false information for money as some trades people do and he always responds to to emails or telephone calls.

I have used Jim's services on more than one occasion. Always arrives when he says and has managed to resolve any problems I have had.
Very trustworthy and knows his trade well.
Prices always fair and work top quality.
Will always be my first call and would recommend him to anyone.

Jim was recommended to me when I needed…
Jim was recommended to me when I needed a new boiler 4 years ago in my old house so when my new property also needed a boiler, Jim was the first person I called so i most definitely would recommend him!
Jim is reliable, turns up when he says he will, gives great advice and is honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and charges a fair price. All this and a really nice guy to deal with, an excellent tradesman!

Broken Boiler
After returning from holiday to find our boiler was broken we were put in touch with James Menzies Gas Services. James was out the next day and had our boiler fixed and running again that night. Top work and decent price

Safe, professional and on time
James carries out all the gas works i undertake through my own joinery and kitchen installation business. He is always on time and is a professional and thorough individual making sure the services we need and installed properly and most importantly safely. Full gas certificates are issued to the customers on completion which contributes to their peace of mind and the assurance they've had a quality, safe and well worth while gas safe service. Wouldn't recommend anyone else

Excellent Service
We have used James to undertake all duties in respect of any plumbing and gas work needed for our high volume of rental properties for the last 18 years, he has undertaken many projects from us from as little as a variety of small repairs to full boiler installations, we can confirm that James is reliable, trustworthy and dependable.
We have found his company to be excellent in all aspects, day-to-day dealings we have with him, and confirm all work completed meets the high standards we impose.
We have no hesitation recommending them to any other business.

We had a boiler issue in our home
We had a boiler issue in our home just as the cold weather started to hit, typical. James came out and fixed our boiler next day, amazing. He also serviced it while he was here so we now have hot water and heating again.
