Plants all in good condition. They were a day late arriving but that was the delivery service not James McIntyre. Have used them before and will definitely consider using again if I need more soft fruit plants.

Have recently purcjased 2 plants. Both orders arrived within a couple of days , very well packed and very healthy looking.

Great communications, very good quality plants and a nice size. The packing was excellent too.

I baught raspberrys from this company, the plants died. And so i gave them a poor review. They very profecionally asked me how I had planted them. I then told them hiw i had done it and they respectfully told me why the hadn't thrived. They gave me a discount in order to replace them. This is a really Profesional and respectful comoany.

None of the plants have produced new canes. Abd the leaves in the old canes died.

Received an email stating they couldn't deliver the Glen Mor potted raspberry plants I had ordered, with the option to reimburse us or deliver Glen Ample, a similar species, instead. As Glen Ample is also a summer fruiting self fertile species, I agreed having Glen Ample delivered instead. Plants were dispatched the same week and delivered today by special courier, packed in 2 sturdy cardboard boxes with thick plastic put at the bottom of the pots to prevent bottom getting soaked and breaking, as well as a sturdy cardboard insert in the 2nd box as each box is perfectly fitting 9 planted berry plant and I had ordered 18 berry plants in total. All plants look very healthy. The cranberry plants even carry some unripe berries!
Will definitely use James Mcintyre and Sons for all kinds of berry plants aa of now on.

My 4 rhubarb plants were delivered fairly quickly after I placed my order. They were exceedingly well packed, so I was a bit surprised to find half of them with broken stems and limp leaves when I opened the packaging. There was no sign of damage to the packaging itself.
Anyway, after 2-3 days they do seem to be recovering nicely which is the main thing.
Bearing in mind that Mid-July during a heat wave wasn't the best time of the year for me to have chosen to order delivery of growing plants in the first place, I'm pleased they made it here alive at all.
So, on that basis, 5 stars.

Fast delivery, very well and safely packed, plants are a good size and look very healthy.

The only down side was the courier, who didn't take any notice of delivery instructions and left them outside my house, in full view of everyone going past. Fortunately they weren't stolen.
