Thankyou Jade for helping me become the me I have always wanted to be! Happy, confident and more motivated then I have felt in a long time! I really recommend Jades nutritional and workout plans. I have been on a journey and Jades plans have helped both physically and mentally. I reached out for a breast feeding nutritional guide and Jade helped to design one which fitted my dairy free and breast feeding life-style. My milk supply was much better second time around and I do believe it was because I was following a good nutritional base routine. Jade was my coach on and off for about 4 years.
I used to get weekly coaching and a nutrition plan from her. Jade constantly kept me on track and would assist me in re-structuring my plan each week, if we wanted to achieve my goals quicker. I was the fittest I had ever been with Jade, and saw results within the first few weeks of being her client. I am forever grateful for her guidance, patience and time. I contacted Jade 7months postpartum to get my fitness and diet back on track. I needed my program to be flexible and at home so I could work out when baby napped, so she created a program around the equipment I already had. She also created a nutrition plan based around my vegetarian diet and including the foods I like.
I’m 6 weeks in and have really enjoyed the program and have been able to stick to it as it’s realistic and fits around my current lifestyle. I highly recommend jade, she’s knowledgeable, understanding and flexible to your needs and will help you to achieve your goals.

I had followed Jade on Insta for years! When I saw her begin to offer customized training plans, I had to get one. I’m based in the United States so in person training was never an option! Also, I am not overly experienced in a gym setting alone so it was nice to have a detailed plan to go by! I purchased my plan a couple years ago and I still use it today. It may be time for a refresh soon! Thank you Jade for all your time and effort that goes into creating me a custom plan!

I have been training with Jade for roughly 2.5 years now and I absolutely love having her as my coach.
Jade has helped me take my training to the next level by helping me understand nutrition and by structuring my training to suit my goals/needs. When I first started with Jade I told her I like a simple structured Training Program with nothing to technical otherwise I lose interest and she has continued to nail this for me, something different every 12 weeks that I actually enjoy and keeps me motivated.
