Ik heb jullie support via meerdere kanalen benaderd, maar nooit een reactie ontvangen. Nu reageren jullie wel, omdat het publiek zichtbaar is. Dat zegt genoeg.
De zaak ligt bij mijn advocaat.

Ik wil andere spelers waarschuwen voor Jacktop Casino. Mijn ervaring is zeer negatief, vooral rond uitbetalingen.
Ik heb meerdere uitbetalingen gedaan van €500 op 8 november, 12 november en 16 november, maar tot op vandaag is geen enkele betaling verwerkt. Alles blijft “processing” en elke keer dat ik contact opneem met de support krijg ik hetzelfde standaardantwoord dat “de bank tijd nodig heeft”.
Support reageert ontwijkend, geeft geen concrete informatie en weigert aan te geven wanneer de uitbetalingen behandeld worden. Als VIP-speler verwacht je professionaliteit, maar dat is hier totaal niet aanwezig.

This response is unbelievable. I've been in the chat for five days. I've been waiting for hours instead of 5 minutes. Every now and then I get a response that it's with the finance department and could take up to 72 hours. It's now taking 110 hours. I've sent multiple emails, including to the so-called VIP manager, but haven't received a single response. Uitbetaling van €500 gedaan op 27-7 en op de dag van vandaag nogsteeds niks ontvangen. Contact opnemen heeft niet veel zin want je krijgt toch altijd maar hetzelfde nutteloze antwoord.

Eerst aangegeven vorige week dat het systeem te zwaar beladen zou zijn gaven ze dit nu aan.

Geld eindelijk ontvangen.
