I fully understand gambling involves risk and that losing streaks happen. That is not the issue. The issue is the scale, consistency, and overall experience of what I encountered.
Across those deposits, I never once reached anything close to doubling a deposit once amounts moved beyond a few hundred dollars. Any small wins were quickly erased and never built into anything meaningful. Over time, the pattern felt less like normal variance and more like a sustained inability to gain any traction at all. Whether or not that reflects statistical expectations, the lived experience was extremely discouraging.
Jackpot City promotes RTP figures in the mid-to-high 90% range across many of its games. I understand RTP is a long-term theoretical measure and does not guarantee short-term results. However, my personal experience felt significantly disconnected from those advertised expectations. The difference between what is promoted and what I experienced as a player felt too large to ignore, especially over an extended series of deposits and play sessions.
As losses accumulated and my account performance continued to decline, I contacted support on separate occasions to ask whether anything could be reviewed or whether any goodwill gesture might be available given the sustained level of play. I was not requesting refunds or special treatment—only basic acknowledgment of significant engagement. The responses I received were dismissive and unhelpful. At one point, I was essentially told “screw you, not our problem.” There was no effort to retain a long-term customer, no meaningful explanation, and no sense that my account history mattered.
This was particularly disappointing because I am a longtime VIP-level player on other platforms and am familiar with how player appreciation and retention are typically handled elsewhere. In those environments, consistent play and significant deposits usually result in at least some level of recognition or discretionary rewards. That was completely absent here.
I am not suggesting outcomes are fixed or that gambling results should be anything other than random and probabilistic. Losses are always part of the experience. My concern is the combination of prolonged negative results, lack of meaningful return, and the complete absence of customer care when raising legitimate concerns.
Jackpot City may have a polished platform and a wide selection of games, but based on my experience, the player appreciation and customer support are extremely poor. The overall experience left me feeling like high-volume play and significant losses are simply accepted without any effort to value or retain players.

I deposited $800 and they automatically added a bonus without properly making it clear. Because of that, I was blocked from withdrawing even my own deposited money unless I completed a 70x wagering requirement.
This is extremely misleading. You think you can withdraw your balance, but you can’t. The system is designed to keep you playing until your money is gone.
Customer support just sends copy-paste responses and doesn’t address the issue.
This feels like a predatory setup, not a fair gaming platform.
