I would give 0 stars if I could, jacket is a fake , doesn’t fit and did not come from miami as site would leave you to believe. Called customer service and they said return it and gave me a very suspicious address in Pakistan. Then I would have to pay to ship it back and the would be almost $100.00 US. That would be half the price of the jacket!! I would also uplod pics if this app would let me , “alpine stars” jacket , not 1 alpine stars tag or label on it just the logos, look legit at first but all tags say jack leaders and I contacted alpine stars and they told me ,”unfortunately I bought a fake...”

Placed my order either 2/13 or 2/14; received a confirmation on 2/15 that my order had been received and my card was charged. Unable to contact anyone to get a shipping update on 2/24. NO link is provided to track shipment. No updates have been received. Phone # (305) 851.7211 goes to a generic voicemail and no response to my email requests to sales at jackleathers.com.
Totally shady or really really awful customer service. I hope I can get my money back. $200 order.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased. It came I opened the package and touched the zipper and it fell off. The size is XXL which fits in an American made product. Now when I went to even try this on it was 7 inches from closing!!!!
You should never purchase from this company again. And anyone who says they have a great purchase is a fake review.
They won't answer the emails and won't return the phone calls.
You just responded saying you respond in 24 hours. I wrote that review in June of 2019 You responded in August of 2020. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER
