Terrible service
Terrible service! Was given a delivery date of the end of December. 2 weeks into January I phoned the company and was bluntly told I need to send an email and not phone them, which I did and no response. I emailed again a week later, no response. I phoned again and was told to email. I explained that I had sent 2 already with no response so he took my order number and said he'd email me in 10 minutes. Yet again, no response. 2 weeks later I requested a refund through PayPal and the very next day I received an email from the company saying if I close the PayPal case they'll send my refund!! Will never use this company again.

Hello, I have not seen an e-mail sent to us before that your product has not arrived, yes, your product has been shipped and appears to have been lost by the cargo. It did not reach you, and you opened a case through paypal without contacting us and asked for a refund. Please close your paypal case to make your refund through the system. I wanted to provide you with a quick refund. You misinterpreted the incident. We attach great importance to customer satisfaction. If there is a problem, we strive to resolve it quickly. If there is any problem, you can contact us via e-mail.
