iWarehouse spectacle factory Omdömen

Great staff friendly and helpful, good range of frames and reasonable final price

Lovely team extremely helpful and great price. will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I have had two sets of glasses made at iWarehouse spectacle factory, I have always had varifocals and their lenses always have a wider field of view than I have had from other opticians.would recommend them

God damn it ! ‘THE’ best place to go for top notch service , staff and frame selection.
Back in 2018 I was working in the area. I decided to try out getting my glasses here. I was really chuffed with everything from start to finish. Then that bug thing struck! and I stopped working in the area.
Silly me, nxt time I was due glasses I went to that 2 for 1 place , wasn’t that impressed . Then more glasses were due and I stupidly went there again ! Even less impressed.
Glasses time round again and I had a lightbulb moment …yes , go to warehouse 😃. Of I go from Norwich and what do I get ? The same brilliant , super duper , spot on service. I’m NOT going anywhere else again ever .
Thank you iwarehouse you are the best from the time you walk through the door to when you walk out wearing your new specs. Worth driving from Norwich for 👏👍🏻

I had a great experience with iWarehouse. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

Nothing was too much trouble, and any issues were sorted out quickly and without any fuss.

I would wholeheartedly recommend iWarehouse to anyone. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Prices are very competitive !!!

Staff were very friendly, helpful & efficient, nothing was to much

I've been coming to i-warehouse for a considerable amount of years and their selection of frames, prices and service is second to none.

Excellent service, as always, thank you.

Good service, informative, friendly, knows their trade.

I felt it was more person centred than high street opticians. No pressure and relaxed atmosphere when choosing frames. Absolutely fantastic customer service and care. Really happy with the glasses I have chosen. The frames and lenses are very affordable and a lot cheaper than the high street opticians.

Excellent, helpful & friendly staff no pressure or feeling rushed. Ordered 4 pairs glasses now waiting for order.
No complaints at all.

I had used iWarehouse previously for the first time. On this occasion I required some polarised lens sunglasses for driving based on my current prescription. I selected a pair of their cheapest frames and the glasses were ready for collection in the same week. Despite the cheap frames they are the most comfortable sunglasses I have ever worn and at a great price. The member of staff was excellent throughout the whole process. I would definitely go back.

Very helpful, will certainly be returning

Usual helpfull, friendly, efficient, well priced service. Thanks

Very polite, and profesional staff who took the time to go over all the various options, and at a price that was less than other high street choices.

QUICK FAST SERVICE AND A GOOD LOW PRICE BUT WITH GOOD QUALITY

Great service , very helpful staff

I collected my new specs today - needless to say that I’m delighted with them. Usual excellent service from Leigh - much appreciated.

I have today collected my new glasses from iwarehouse and I am very happy with the excellent service and speedy turnaround also the prices are very reasonable and can cater for every taste including a wide range of designer frames the service I received was very professional from start to finish and have no problem in recommending them to anyone who is in the need of anything glasses related
