10/10 service, price and unbelievable turnaround time!
After visiting other local businesses which couldn’t fit me in for over a week, just for an eye test.. I popped in with my up-to-date prescription and the staff somehow managed to call me back the same day with my chosen glasses, complete with anti glare coating applied! 10/10 for their efficiency and turnaround time! 🤓 🫡

I could not be happier with the service…
I could not be happier with the service I received. I have used them several times in recent years. I took in a pair of glasses that I had broken, when wearing them. I was told that a similar frame could be used to put the existing lenses in. These were refashioned to fit and they were perfect. I was only charged for the frames and not for the time it took to fit the lenses into the new frames. Extraordinary service in this day and age.

Okay company but not as advertised
Small building in Gt Yarmouth. I think I was expecting more from their advert but they were friendly and nice environment. The range was not at all what I was expecting and ended up going back to Specsavers for Designer Glasses, however I am sure they have a good range for maybe older generation, but certainly not for a Teenager or myself.

Thank you for the review! Sorry to hear that you couldn't find anything you liked in the shop, we certainly try to have something in stock for everyone and have helped plenty of younger people out with specs they loved, but can appreciate taste in specs can be very subjective. We do list the brands we stock on our website, Which does include a range of designer names as well, but will certainly revise any recent advertisements to ensure they are fully up to date. Thank you very much for the feedback!
Best Sevice EVER!
