Poor quality goods. Poor service. No response to emails requesting support due to damaged goods. Waste of money - avoid them.

This is a scam. You will not receive anything resembling anything that they show on their website. I received a load of plastic rubbish. Thankfully my credit card company agreed that they did not send me what was anywhere close to what you think you're about to receive.
First strings first they're not in Cambridge they don't exist they are not a shop that's closing down there's never been a shop in fact it's a Chinese takeaway.
They use AI for all of their adverts and they use a fraudulent company in Uxbridge to distribute their rubbish.
Do not be fooled like so many of us.

The item I received was the "Sam"dog lamp I was disgusted with the quality having paid over £32.00 for what is described as a beautiful work of art to find it was the cheapest load of rubbish! Plastic with the most awful finish half the face painting was missing and including something rattling around inside it. Contact with the shop was a waste of time as they were not interested and said I could send it back at my own expense and as it was to be returned to the manufacturer it might cost around £80.00 I wish I had seen the reviews before buying from what appeared to be a reputable company NEVER BUY FROM IVYCAMBRIDGE.

SCAM. Moulded plastic. Too small for a lamp. Utter rubbish and a waste of money. Totally embarrassing. I can’t gift this tat for Christmas. I’ve learnt to Trustpilot before I purchase. Really, this has been a no star experience for me, a five for Ivy Cambridge!

Inferior product compared to the advert, refusal to give a refund and multiple insulting offers of partial refunds and claims that they have to send the items abroad to stop them being sold again. Avoid this company..

A clear and obvious SCAM. Cheap Chinese imported rubbish, reported so many times to Facebook yet they continue to be able to advertise on that platform. Clearly FB is only interested in money no matter if it is through its customers being scammed. Disgusting

I have reported this and raised a dispute with my bank.

Ordered ages ago! No reply getting the same junk email back

Lamp poor quality and did not work. Tried to get refund but gave up . DO NOT order from this company. They are crooks

If I could give -100 I would please be aware that this is a fraudulent scam money making scheme that is also hiding under other names and its address is in China.
They will not give you your money back they tell you that you need to send the product back and it will cost you up to £80 they try and fob you off with a 10% refund and they have been reported thousands of times on Facebook and Instagram and something should be done about it. Do not buy.

Product is not as advertised, falsely advertising. A child could have done a better job of drawing in the lines. So disappointed. Company after many emails have said they will give 30% refund but not a full one until returned to China !! Will raise a case with the bank as recommended by someone else and see if I can get my money back that way

What a bloody scam this turned out to be. Came across this website, looked like a family business in the UK, turns out there based in bloody China. Bought a rabbit lamp, arrived today looks nothing like the picture, cheap & tacky tat. Didn't think anything was dodgy when I was browsing the website.

Scammers. Shop doesnt exist, they are mass produced in china. 'Lamp' is yellow plastic with sections spray painted on. Not the stained glass in the pictures on the website full of fake photos. When tried to return they offered a 15% refund and said I had to foot the bill for returning to china. Claimed back through my own bank.

Shame there is not a no star option as that’s what they deserve. Poor quality plastic lamp. The company advertised does not exist - they are based out of China. DO NOT BUY! You can’t contact them other than by e mail. Customer service is also poor.

They advertise as a family business in the UK, telling a sob story of after a death of a family member they are closing their shop & selling off their Tiffany style lamps.
They are actually based in China.
I (like many) fell for their scam & when it arrived it was a cheap plastic model that I was going to give as a present.
Luckily for me I contacted my bank via the fraud department & got a full refund!
I have now recieved an email from the company to explain my actions.
Wish I read the reviews before buying this item.
PLEASE AVOID THESE SCAMMERS, I have read that some people haven't had a full refund or have been palmed off with just a percentage.

They claim to be a uk business they arent so when Item arrives you cant return it economically

My advice: launch a chargeback request with your bank best way to get your money back I told them if they want the item back send me a mailing label or give me a UK address

Like others have said, I sadly fell into this scam. I wish I'd checked TrustPilot reviews before giving them money. They pretend to be a family run UK based company selling handmade products. They are, in fact, scammers based in Miami Florida that ship cheap tiny mass produced rubbish plastic products to you that look absolutely nothing like the images on their website. There is no such business based in Cambridge UK. If you try to return the item for a refund they give you an address in China costing twice the amount of the goods to return it to and try to brush you off with offers of giving you 10% or 20% back to keep you quiet. I've had to take it up with the credit card provider by way of dispute and hope I get my money back that way.

Cheap plastic import from China. Mine was faulty. Website boasts about customer service. There offer to me was a 10% refund or I could return it myself to China. Strange how they talk about artisan craftsmanship. I can’t give no stars. AVOID. There are also many complaints of Facebook Marketplace. I purchased mine from the website direct. AVOID AVOID!!

Same as the other reviews. Cheap moulded plastic imports that look nothing like what they are advertising on there website. Never seen hand made. I am just waiting on a response from them.
I can say I have found a UK return address on the parcel I received.
